    Baron's and DiamondR both make a passenger floorboard that raises, no one makes one that lowers the floorboard for the long legged passenger.

    I believe I have the Red lens that came with my 08. I went to LEDS and a smoke color lens. If I have it and it is the color you want, just pay shipping and it is yours.

    Mike, thanks for the notice, but Mechanic and I cannot be there. Plus with the 100+ heat forcasted for tomorrow, not to sure that I want to be in Charleston. I prefer the 30 degree stuff myself. Have fun, ride safe over there.

    I have been using ExtremeSports for 4 years now, and no complaints with them, they may have a complaint about me though My 05 RSV, I did not buy from them, but they work with warranty issues and never gave me a hassell. So I bought my 08 RSV from them and got a fair deal on the bike too. So I have been recommending them now for a long time. A great dealership, now if I could only find a car dealership like that locally.

    Also, in a few days, this dealer will call you to find out if you are satisfied. Happens every time I take the bike there. I bought my second 2nd gen from them and in the future I will continue buy and have my warranty work done by them. Still would like to know if there was a vacum leak or not with that #4 carb?

    I can understand the trailering and I hope that Mechanic and I can continue to ride together for a hell of lot more years. Yes, I tease Eck about his trailer, but geeze who needs a trailer for a coffee pot ? :rotf:

    Most software has upgrades and most companies usually charge for the upgrades, that is how they make money, not on the initial sale of the software, but the upgrades. So far I have not had an issue with Garmin and my Zumo 550

    Art Let us know what ExtremeSports at Sumter fixed on the bike. To bad the JB weld stuff did not fix the vacum leak.

    27mm but it is tight if you do not take the handle bars off.

    Kind of really hard to describe, but the filter sits in a rubber sleeve and the rubber sleeve has a slot that slides over a metal tab. I do not remember which way the rubber sleeve slides, up, left or right But once you slide the rubber sleeve off the metal tab, just slide the filter out.

    Most likely Mechanic will not be here for most of that Saturday, going to Atlanta to pick up the grandson, so only 100 pics or so :rasberry:

    There will be several coming to my place on Saturday June 13 to do small maintenance work. Art708 is having an issue with his bike, so we will be working on that bike. Others that may be coming are Mike G in SC, Wanderer, Dave38X, TheKid. Others are more than welcome to come on over.
