Since I have put the 1st gen back on the road, I am experiencing the same thing, but not all the time, sometimes I can ride for up to 100 miles and have no problems then I feel the bike starting to slow down and its the left front brake locking up, I have to left the pressure off by releasing some of the brake fluid at the caliper and everything is fine for a while.. I have bled down all the brakes and replaced all the brake fluid, installed new pads on the front, but cant figure it out, next step is replacing the caliper or maybe disconnecting it completely..........

I plan on being there, Charlene might even make it and if she does you can still call me trailer boy............if so we will stay at the Oberlin Inn, if she doesnt, can I put a reservation in for the same spot I had last year, tent and all, Im sure I can find some others to stay in it with me again................... Think we can do 300 or more this year..............

Does anyone have one of these great little hand pumps that they arent using or dont want anymore, I used one the other day and its a great little tool to have, I have found them but everyone wants between 35.00 to 50.00 for them and that doesnt include shipping, so figured I would check with our wonderful family here.

I ride to work year round, if it aint raining or snowing when I leave the house at 5:30 in the morning, off to work I go, the coldest I have ridden in so far has been 16 F. Its only 10 miles to work, it almost takes me as long to dress to ride in that weather as it does to get there. It will be a much warmer ride this year, as last year I was riding the V Star, now I will be riding the Venture.........bring it on, just leave out the snow and ice..........
