    Exactly how do they mount? I have heard that the original mounts is what breaks,do they mount to the original mounting bracket? NEVER MIND,I PUT MY GLASSES ON AND CAN SEE NOW!!

    Try that with the green algae that grows seeming overnight in our low water crossings...makes riding on gravel look like an interstate!

    Bill,I was hoping to meet you and surprise a friend as you know at your meet and eat but a few things are going on in my life at the moment and will fill in later..Anyway Thank You for what you do for the site and hope to meet you soon. Again to all its not what you ride or in my opinion if you even ride but the companionship and ability to come together as one putting aside politics and yes even what you ride..We all have different wants at times in what we choose to ride but once a friend always a friend ..At least thats the way I look at it!     It was on Yahoo News that by cutting the dealerships there would be less competition amongst the dealers therefore incresing profits....They never have run into me though,I am TIGHT,if I dont get a REAL good deal I dont buy anything..That is why I will not entertain buying a Harley..Overpriced and have been told by every dealer that they can sale them for what they ask,dont need to cut the price....I will never buy one,I bet there are a lot of others that are like me also,can maybe afford one but will not buy because of the non negotiable price..( Yes there are a few that will throw in an extra but I like a DEAL!!)!

    I put my Centech behind the battery. I removed the battery and put it behind the overflow hoses,did not mount it just put it in position and it holds just fine there. Tom

    Ive got a new set of elite3s in the garage,I like to try new things but I know even without trying I will go back to Avons as my current set has right at 16000 miles on them...I hope I can get that on the elites but if not its cool.

    FL I have the Diamond R lights around my saddlebag rails,they really light up things..pricey but worth it,Tom Pic with mudflapnote,I have trimmed the fringe,just showing how they look

    Do you have LEDS on the trailer? I hooked my trailer to a 4 pin flat connector with a modulite for leds and all works great.

    When they are that strong and stronger its just hold on and go where the wind blows..I have been blown 2 times BAD in the last few years,Once on Hwy 101 in Oregon on the coast,wind est was a gust at 60mph(Signs stating) the other around,or between Tucson,AZ and Phoenix and it was gusting to 50 MPH. Our friends in the Phoenix area know what Im talking about. Here in Texas we have 30 35 mph wind alot and its no fun but after awhile you just live with it when its here. Gunboat and I rode to Abilene,Tx in appx 30+MPH winds and I swear we were at a 45 degree angle with the wind gusts! The wing I think catches a little more wind I have HEARD,do not know for sure.     If anyone wants to stay in some VERY nice facilities in Leakey,Texas,(Right in the middle of the famed "Three Sisters" Area) I HIGHLY recommend this place , http://www.friopecanfarm.com/fpffacilities.html , While Leakey has a "Motorcycle Only" facility,It is great for Bikers.If you are looking for ALL accomodations,IE:Full kitchen,pots and skillets included plus mixer etc PLUS Heavy steel constructed BBQ Pitts at every cabin and alongside the Frio River plus right in the middle of a huge Pecan Orchard this place is NICE. It seems pricey but splitting with another couple it is well worth it.We rented a 2Bedroom Cabin,2 baths,1 in each bedroom for $140.00 a night.They are super friendly people.I even asked if they would accommodate a large Venture Rider group and they gave me keys to see their larger cabins that have 4 Bedrooms 4 baths full kitchen etc. ALSO a LARGE,VERY Large Pavillion with HUGE BBQ pitts for a group BBQ..THEY SUPPLY THE WOOD FOR THE PITTS!!! I am in no way affilliated with them I just like to share a great place when I find one..I will be back there again. Tom
