  1. I don't think there will be any pictures. If it's like 11 years ago - - - just another stray dog. Thanks David, we don't need pesky dogs in the road either.
  2. OMG! I am older than dirt.
  3. Holy crap! Get a Harbor Freight tire changer order your tires and do it yourself. Even for Canada, that seems like highway robbery.
  4. Thank you, each and every one. I don't know what I would do with out my VentureRider family. We'll soon get cranking here. I have a big meeting to attend in Atlanta Friday and should start the new career soon after. There is certainly another "Dream" in my dreams of the future. Patricia's mom is now with the congestive heart failure and my Dad's cancer shall probably get the better of him in the coming few weeks. Life goes on and all we can do is hope and pray for the best. I love you guys. Ted
  5. MikeGinSC took delivery of Dream today . I hope, I know, he will enjoy her as much as I have and am so glad one of our family was able to get her. It's not a good time for me, but I will return soon. You just can't keep a good man down.
  6. What fonts? All I saw was a gorgeous young lady next to some old dude.
  7. I reckon I will. Where else would I find the LOVE!
  8. Hah! I told you - I'm not the only one!
  9. Thanks guys. I know, things are tough every where. I'll be back on my feet in no time, but . . . . . . . . . Stuff happens! I did call the dealer near me and the word from them is they have 3 million in inventory now they can't move. I know a lot of our members have been where I am and it's not fun, but life goes on. Better days are on the horizon. I'll say this and then I'm off. Regions bank is the only out fit that treated me like a guy down on his luck and like they truly want to help. Yeah I got to fill out an "S" load of paper work but that's to be expected. I'm not trying to stiff any of my creditors, but some of them are just unwilling to work with you on any level. I've repeatedly told them all, all I need is a little time and most have told me to "P" up a rope. Oh well, I figure it's their loss. I wanted to do the right thing. I'm old school, and my word is my bond, but unforeseen things happen even to the best of us. I'm not going any where and I'll have another bike before too long. CYA's on the road.
  10. Price reduced on my 09. Take another look, if I can't sell it to one of my friends here it will be repo'd soon. Thanks for looking.
  11. Oh, I wouldn't know. I have no personal experience. Just reporting!
  12. Just a word of caution: If you get the Depends too tight you can cut off your circulation and cause all sorts of problems.
  13. At his age that had to hurt!
  14. May best wishes for you both. As you may have read I'm finding my self in a bit of a trick. If you need a shoulder brother, I'm here. Prayers for you both. Remember you can and will rebuild. Good luck.
  15. My and Patricia's prayers have been sounded. We feel for all involved and hope of the best of a bad, bad situation.
  16. Good on ya! Way to go!
  17. God bless you all. I'll get by some how, but I can't tell you how much your support means to me. If it were just the motorcycle I would think, no problem, but other things more pressing have me by the short hairs just now. I'll get by for sure, but don't think for a moment that I don't appreciate everything you all do for me. All I can say is I'm here for you if you need me. Love Ted
  18. I was trying to respond to everyone individually, but I give up. How can you not love the folks of this fine organization. You guys are truly the "friend indeed". I can not tell you how much your words and encouragement and friendship mean to me at this time. I feel truly blessed to be a part of our Family. I'll soon be back to work, but in insurance and I'm sure it will take a little while to get my feet back under me. Maybe I can stay off the wolves just a little longer. GE Money/Yamaha is who the loan is with. Thank you all so so much. I love you all.
  19. Thanks my friend, this is something I did not consider. I'll give 'em a call Tuesday. Thanks so much.
  20. Monty you're a prince, but I'll get by. There will be a bike in my near future and I'm sure another RSV. You're number one in my book. Thanks for being my friend.
  21. Thanks guys. I should start working in insurance first of September, but even then it will be some time, if I'm successful, to have any steady income. These bone head loan companies just don't care about that. They basically have given me two weeks to sell the bike or else. I would rather sell it to folks, here, I know and love.
  22. Thanks my friend. I should be working again soon, but I can't even get those _ _ B's to defer my payment 90 days. If they get in a tight they just have to put their hand out and Uncle Sam will pony up with my taxes for them. Just p _ _ _es me off to no end.
  23. Put my bike in the classifieds. It's either sell or let it be repo'd. That happens some times when you're out of work for a while, for me, that's been since May. The loan companies won't cut you any slack and I guess my partial payments didn't cut the mustard with them. Any way I got to do something quick. Thanks for looking.
  24. From an old Vet to a new. Thank you Robert from the bottom of my heart! Way to go! http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l224/teyster2/MiscNgifs/th_USA.gif?t=1281584318
  25. Tell the oldgoat to quit screwing around. At my age I don't like hearing these stories. PRAYERS SENT Get well soon!
