    Chief, Do you have the area where your living at to do maintenance on the scoot? If so make a date and we'll come to Lousianne and do the stuff there...hows that sound?

    There are rubber plugs behind them for the coolant, when the cover is on it keeps the plugs in place. There isn't a gasket that you have to worry about coming apart.

    I'm going to keep and eye on this one, I need that inner fairing and speedo badly for the '99 I'm trying to get put back together.

    I noticed the paint too, looks like they wanted to make an old school rat bike out of it with the flat black. This means someone has had it apart to paint it. There are a few NY members out there that I'm sure wouldn't mind taking a peek at it for you. $2K would be about all I would pay for it, but it could turn out to be a decent 2nd bike

    I could believe that Gary, it's where they send all the recruits to take various aviation schools at. I believe at the time I went through it had all the aviation schools on 1 base.
