    Barry , i tried , without much luck, to show the "petcock screens". i removed the petcock assembly from mine, without loosening ANY tank bolts. you have to remove the fuel lines first, then sorta wiggle and turn the unit , as you pull gently down. second time, was a lot easier, because i disassembled the "valve", before removal. i think i may have to finally replace the whole petcock assembly , on my '86. can't seem to stop the fuel "weeping" thing that it has developed. if you need, i will shoot a couple of new pics, and post them for ya. just jt

    SAME here, curtis! i know i have door locks, and deadbolt locks, but i honestly can't remember anyone EVER using any of them. i don't lock up anything, and i NEVER take my keys out of the ignition, because i'd probably lose them. i do have a 6 foot chain link fence on three sides of my place, with a 4 foot one separating me and my neighbor. i also have an "AMOS". 110pounds of GERMAN SHEPHERD DOG, no mean, but VERY protective of his yard. i feel sorry for all of you guys, who live in fear of being ripped off,as a daily worry. i guess though, if what you have don't look as good as what the thieves already have, they won't bother you! lol:confused24::whistling: just jt

    i won't go into the details, about how i embarrassed the Dr.s, but finally, something is being done! today, we got a formula, for a "chemical cocktail" from M.D. Anderson. jeannie got her first "dose", through her i v tube this evening! she will get the same thing, for two more days, then wait three weeks, and do it all over again!i know in my heart, that the prayers that all of you guys offered, has caused this to turn into a "treatment", instead of a "go home and wait for hospice time, ". for that , i will be eternally grateful! just jt

    you guys have a FANTASTIC reunion! welcome ALL the new comers, but make sure , that they KNOW, who has to do the GRUNT work! oh, and i expect LOADS of pictures, with NAMES, so i don't have to play the guessing game. (you don't have to caption squid's pics!) every one recognizes the "M&E shape" , even in a silhouette!. may the good lord smile upon this gathering, and keep you all safe from harm! just jt

    My mailbox is being flooded with mail concerning gas prices and illegal immigrants. To boycott oil companies or not; to provide amnesty to illegal immigrants or not, etc. Since I have become jaded to the various solutions proposed by the Republicans, Democrats, Sierra Club, ACLU, etc., I have elected to solve the problems as they affect me. It solves both my gas and illegal immigrant problems. I have hired illegal immigrants to push my car. They're plentiful and cheaper than buying gas. Then I pay them in pesos so they have to go home to spend it. I love it when a plan comes together just jt:rotf::stirthepot:

    last week they were going to send her home and wait for the time to call in hospice. monday: can't go home because you have a urinary infection! today: contradicting, biopsy reports! going to confer with M.D.ANDERSON, and start chemotherapy, TOMORROW! folks, i don't know whether i'm "sloppin' hogs", or "picking peaches! i know , that you have to play the hand that's dealt to ya, no miss-deals here. question i have, is "why are there 6 jokers in the deck" just jt

    the birthday girl, had a great morning! then , at noon, the Dr. came in and told her she can't go home today, as was planned. seems she has developed a "severe", U.T.I. sooo, back on the I.V.s for a week or so, to combat the infection. the day wears on, and about 3:00 p.m., she has another mild heart attack. i am sure it was all stress related, but, an attack ,just the same. i can see the writing on the wall. this is gonna be A ROLLER COASTER RIDE. just jt

    sorry i can't hel ya , Bob. i got confuzzeled, just reading the "title", to this post! however, just off the top of my head, i would say, "add a can of sea foam, to a tank of fresh gas, and go burn it all up.then do a carb sync". that ought to fix just about any dilemma.:080402gudl_prv: just jt:confused24:

    BO DIDDLY, passed away this morning, at the age of 79. he was one of the few, who were a legend in their own time. R.I.P. just jt
