I just PM'd Allan. The seat lending is a go. We will bring Gords down for him to use. Gord is using mine. They are taking off for the west coast after PIP. I am sure we can work out a longer lend for you Allan. Heck if Gord really likes my pillow top he can use it until next summer. They are planning to attend the Cody meet. We do a return swap at that time. Ya never know.

OK....we can bring one! Gordo is borrowing my pillowtop seat and his stock midnight seat will be at home. We can bring that down if he agrees and he can use mine until a replacement is found for Wrongway. We will be there Friday.

Sorry to say but up here it takes that long sometimes for parts. The dealers just dont have that much stuff in stock. You are kind of stuck because its warranty stuff as well. Otherwise you could just order it yourself from another source and get in right away. I hope that takes care of the problem for you though.

Sigh.....so much for the bike of many colors! It was so easy to spot before....now you are just gonna be one of the crowd..... Nice guys....we'll see it together in about 5 days. -
We still use the old perc over the stove whilst camping. We both love fresh ground beans and the flavour of camp coffee. Even the grounds that get into the brew adds a little texture to things lol. They have good percs for the stove at Cabelas. Secret we found with the perc. Dont let the thing boil too hot. Turn it down once it gets going or its gonna bust grounds all over the place. A nice slow perc is what you want.

Just a note...they use an electric actucated hydrolic brake. Thought it was a cool set up.

Thats a nice camping unit. The only thing that prevented us getting that one was the add a room didnt have a floor and we needed that. I really like the braking system they have should you choose to order it. It is expensive but seems the bees knees for small trailers.

38-40 miles per US gallon would be around 45 or better Canadian gallon as our gallon is bigger.

Thats a shame. I feel bad for those who are stuck with this dang economy. Hopefully things will turn around for you and the others who are having to go this route.

Nope, they go in between the driver and passenger seat. I had one on my 05 midnight. it is a nice back rest. My current bike has a cobra seat and the backrest is built right into it. The utopia for the first gen has be go through the seat though. I sold one of those to Rocket awhile back.

I dont know about anyone else...but I know our police forces hate those type of weapons...mostly because you they look so plain and all of a sudden.....well...you get my idea. We have had cell phones that are actually small guns that fire .22 shot. Nasty work because they are hard to detect on the bad guys.

Not hard to find at all Dan. Utopia is a very popular back rest for our bikes. This one is in Quebec and that may be why there is no interest. Although it is a real good price.

I would keep a close eye on the weather is all. We found snow at altitude in the middle of summer in Colorado. I was thinking that Yellowstone shouldnt be too bad for people that time of year either...most of the tourists should be gone as school is back in session.
