Yes, I know but if it's done this way I don't know if it will register as a visit (hit), which is what we're trying to accomplish.

What happens when you try? did you remove the quote mark at the beginning?

Some of you may recall a thread I did a while back about our daughter Tiffany (the singer/songwriter). Well, she's vieing to get on the Ellen Degeneres new album "Eleven Eleven". It's some kind of contest. To make a long story short, she needs to get as many "hits" or views of her Youtube vid that she's submitted to Ellen as possible (makes it look better I guess) so, if ya'll don't mind taking a minute or 2 out of your busy schedule and going to the following link, it would be much appreciated. Feel free to leave a comment there if you wish. BTW, the videographer was some bum we dragged off the street who had no idea what a camera was, let alone how to take a vid.... You'll have to copy/paste the link into a new browser window (remove the double quote at the beginning) "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q9bQ_YiClYA Thanks a bunch!

If your range spans multiple columns and/or rows, then use an ARRAY formula. I will come back with an example in a few minutes... OK, just enter the formula =SUMIF(B11:B89,"Hydro One",J11:J89) but instead of hitting Enter, use Ctrl+Shift+Enter you will end up with an ARRAY formula that looks like this -> {=SUMIF(B11:B89,"Hydro One",J11:J89)} and it should work.

I don't watch much sports but most of the above channels have, at times, some interesting stuff. What sports I do watch (when I do) are either boxing, martial arts, or mixed martial arts. Once in a while hockey, baseball, or football when the playoffs are on and it's a local team. I'd say this accounts for .005% of my TV viewing. Really enjoy shows about nature, animals, etc .... like standup comedy, not a big fan of sit-coms although there have been a few good one's that I've watched such as Seinfeld. HDTV is great and tend to watch movies a lot ... will even watch certain ones several times. Saw "Salt" via Video-On-Demand the other day... it was really good. A bit more expensive than renting the DVD at the store but saves ya having to go get it and then return it. Oh yea... and love to watch music concerts or most things music. We use our TV a lot for music listening thru "Galaxie" which is similar to XM or Sirius. What would I like to watch ??? ... I'd like to see more "how-to" type stuff or "how did they make that". For instance, I'd love to see a show that takes a person from concept to completion in the building of a new car/truck model. It would also be nice to have a list and be able to select what you want to watch, when you want to watch it versus watching it when they are broadcasting it ... although now that we have a recorder, we can essentially do some of that. A way to BLANK OUT COMMERCIALS would sure be nice LOL

Engine Temp Guage Question
SilvrT replied to Condor's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
There's some good writeups about this installation somewhere here on the site. The "adapter" required comes with a crush washer... most seem to have luck using the crush washer but I, for one, didn't and continued to have a coolant leak so I had to use a rubber O-ring. Hasn't leaked since and that's 2 summers ago. -
Bugs me when a company advertises something and then shows a pic of it on a different vehicle. They look nice tho but would be better to see them on the Venture.

I've got an old Beach upper & lower tool chest that I've had for oh... 30 years or more ... some of these newer ones available now are ... can I say "mouth watering"? LOL I'd love to get a new one but just can't justify the cost so instead, I have a real good set of wooden drawers on rollers with full-length drawer slides that take the "overflow".

Just an FYI... I have been using Windows 7 Pro for about 3 month's. I use Avast Free Anti-Virus. I NEVER open forwarded emails and I NEVER open email from anyone I don't know. Those I do know that send me attachments I am very cautious about opening the attachment and oftentimes just delete the message. I use Facebook but NEVER subscribe to their various ads or games or groups. When I'm browsing the 'net I am very cautious about clicking various links to ads or anything that is prompting me to download something I'm not specifically looking for. I just downloaded and ran MalwareBytes based on Brian's suggestion and it found ONE malware item called Adware.Gain. This came to me as part of a download for the DivX player and is not a serious threat. By using these "self-preservation" methods, I have rarely had a virus or other such things in the last 10 years. I guess my message to others is that you have to be very cautious about what you do while on the 'net otherwise you're just opening the door to trouble. Having said that, running up-to-date A/V apps, Malware apps, using caution, and any/all other forms of self-protection will not guarantee anyone that they won't get hit ... but the more you do will certainly minimize the risk. As for those emails that get sent out as though YOU sent them when, in fact, you didn't ... there are a number of reason's that can cause this, for example, your email addy was part of some forwarded list of email addy's that somebody sent out and one of those people's computer had a virus that steals email addys. How do you avoid this? Firstly, you NEVER use the TO or the CC and populate it with a ton of email addys when sending bulk email such as a joke to all you friends. You use BCC. You also ask all those who do this to NOT do it and to either exclude you from that list or that they use BCC instead. Secondly, as a self-preservation method, you create a dummy email contact in your address book and give it the name of "0000000000" with an email addy of 00000@someplace.com. If you happen to have a spoofing virus that sends out emails from your computer to all those on your address book, it will fail on that email and since it is the first one, it won't continue. (this is an old trick I learned maybe 15 years ago, not sure if it still works). Hope some of this is helpful for those running Windows OS coz we all know that a MAC never gets virus and malware ...
