Good to hear things are going well, Chelby is really growing, Laurie sent us pics since the surgery, she is such a doll. Call when you get back, maybe we can get together for dinner or such.

Glad to see you posting and not lurking, its not so hard is it. I see from your flag your in Ga, have you made one of our N. Ga. Meet & eats yet, they happen on the second saturday of the month. Come on out, meet some great people. Oh, by the way, these eyes are old and failing and that light blue color you picked sure was hard on these old eyes, maybe something a little darker next time..........And dont forget Tail of the Dragon IV/Vogel. Check out the rally links. Thats in August 2009. Hope to see you sometime soon. \

Yep, I know its close, but lets float that date out there, its still early and if I get enuff negative feedback we can change it.......In fact show that as a tentative date and we will go from there.

Sorry to hear you are having to divest yourself of your ride, hard times are falling on many of us, hopefully things will turn around before you sell..........good luck, and if it does sell, that doesnt mean your not a member anymore, once a member always a member of this family.

I think something is screwy with the membership counter, mine has been reading the same number now for a couple of days, and when I was talking about how many members, others stated that theirs were over the 6000 mark, mine reads 5,976, below is what it reads today. As long as there is no ice or snow or rain falling, I ride to work every day, a 10 mile ride, and its not unusual for me to be out in 15 degree temps,I leave home at 5:30 am, of course it is almost always above freezing by the time I head home at 2:30 in the afternoon. I do layer up for the ride and find it totally invigorating. Besides we dont get a whole lot of that white fluffy stuff here, but its not unheard of either.

I have posted several pictures I took in Memphis on Marks St. Jude tribute page, I would like to post more, but I dont have any more that are worthy of posting, If you have some that you think deserve being posted there please post them in this thread and I will see to it that they get posted on the page. And please if you enjoyed the ride and were moved by what you saw and heard, please post a few words about it on the page. I am sure Nancy,Marks wife, would like to read them. Thanks to everyone who made this possible. Looking forward to next years ride, hope you will join us for that one. I am dissapointed :sign13:in the sound and video quality, I dont have the software to enhance it and I am hoping someone here might be able to step up and help me out with cleaning it up a little. I know we have some very good people in different fields and I hope this is one of them. Thanks.......
