    Just came across another craigs list scam.A nice 2001 cadillac seville sts for $3600.00.listed in Ithaca NY...just one problem, the pictures of the car were not taken in NY. Ithaca does not have palm trees! how stupid can they get? you would think they would have notice this little blunder.

    A 2009 with less then 1500 miles says one thing to me.This bike set around for a very long time with very old gas in the tank.these days gas is only good for about 60 days if that.I would bet your bike had the same tank of gas in it for months at a time or even longer.If you want to see what old gas will do just put a cup of gas in a jar and let it set in your garage for 6 months.It will look like varnish.Thats what was inside your carbs.Every part of your fuel system needs to be cleaned.

    first time out scared the heck out of me! Not what I was expecting.Took a few mile to figure out how to handle it.It is a handfull when I'm riding alone,but settles out real nice riding 2up.I think it still needs some fine tuning.The wife likes it and thats what counts.I think it will work out just fine for 2up riding and its easy to remove for two wheeling.

    I live in Romulus NY.About 30 miles from the Glen.You will love riding the finger lakes area.great roads,great scenery. If you run into any problem or need anything give me a call.There are several hotel/motels in the Glen.also several motels in Geneva and Waterloo.don't forget to check out Seneca Falls,the original Bedford falls from the movie "It's a Wonderful life".The ride around Seneca lake is one of the best in the area. alot of good Ice cream stand along the lake and about 100 winery's.

    Anyone have a stock set of leveling links they would like to part with.I need to remove the lowering kit on my bike so I can install the Voyager trike kit I just bought.

    Keep my battery on a tender all winter.at first I didn't think she was going to start,had to crank her over several times,then it happened...first one cylinder then 2 then 3 and 4.let her idle on the choke for about a minute,then idle for about five minutes and away we go! She spit and sputtered alittle then settled out ran real good.Can't wait to burn off this gas and fill her up with fresh gas.

    Took her out for first time this year.Finally no SNOW!:happy65:Went out for just a short ride to shake out the cob webs.Man did it feel good!

    contact mtc voyager at 877-434-7901,you will need the belly plate and rear axle brackets,I'm told they cost around $500.00.

    I've been looking for a low priced used trike kit to install on the bike so we can see if this is the way to go for me and the princess. We found one in the classified here on theVR sit, So we took a road trip 300 miles out to MA. to pick up my new to me voyager trike kit.One day round trip,total of 600 miles,plus tolls.Very happy with the kit so far...Today I'm checking craigs list,just to see if thier's anything I can't do with out,when I come across a voyager trike kit not 8 mile away from me for the same price!!!AAAARRRGGG.:bang head: anyway, if anyone is looking for a trike kit with attachments for a 86 goldwing there is one for sale in Ovid NY.for $1500.00,obo.Will also fit most any bike with the right attaching kit.

    I just got off the phone with progressive,took me about 30 minutes to get them to agree to insure my new to me voyager trike kit.You need to explain to them that the kit is not some homemade rigg that you cobbed up in your garage. But that it is a trike convertion kit that is manufactured by a company that deals in motorcycle accessory's.Also if you look up accessory coverage for motorcycle's on the progressive sit you will see trike convertion kits listed.The major problem is the people you talk to when calling the 800 #'s don't know anything about motorcycles.If all else fails ask to talk to a supervisor.My premium will increase $47.00,not to bad.

    Thanks for your input,I am going to pick up a new to me voyager kit tomarrow. I went with the voyager kit because of the price. about $2500.00 less then new.I still want to ride two wheels,but find it to be a handfull with my wife on board.I figure this would be the best of both worlds.
