The easy way is to buy a Carbon One lift adapter for your Hannigan RSV.

Indeed, RIP Earl Scruggs He was a great picker and I loved most of his music. I only got to see him once where he played just after Bill Monroe left the stage. Some small town festival in western michigan, I don't remember the name of.

which carb tune do you have?

We have a place between Luther and Irons. With a few more we could make a nice tour of the state without a hotel bill.

I had a fairly long conversation with Jim Gooch of HMS today and one topic was the rear wheels, Jim stated that any 4-100 15x7 wheel with an offset between 38-40mm would be just fine on there, no worries of any tire or wheel rub. Being able to use a 38 or 40mm offset greatly increases the selection of wheels from which to choose. The larger the number the more to the inside the wheel moves. I also asked about the rear brake line from the rear master cylinder to the T block, it is the Yahamama stock line. I am going to replace it with a braided stainless line. Hope this helps some who may want to put different wheels on.

You could put a relay in and draw headlamp power direct from the battery. When I did this I noticed a gain in light output.

First is my wife's 08 RSV, the second is mine.

We knew you could do it Yes those brakes are the cat's ass, after the install I got to about 30 MPH and locked them up, stopped straight as an arrow while pulling the trailer! Bet ya didn't read the tape before tearing it off, eh ? How much did it hold? P.S. I want to take this opportunity to thank Jim Gooch and the whole crew at Hannigan Motorsports for their outstanding customer support. It's refreshing to find a company that stands behind their products so strongly. You guy's rock!

I'm thinking of tenting at Dons if you wanna share. Jeannie is gonna pass this year. I have a large tent that will easily hold 4 or more. All ya need is a cot or you could rough it and sleep on a mat.

Don't laugh. I have a buddy that picked up a milk pasteurizing tub that is all stainless steel with mixing paddles, he gutted the gas burner and stokes it with wood! Works awesome and holds 10 people. He got it at auction for $200

Could you detail the wheel prep procedure, please.

if I remember correctly main pump should be on 87 and the other on 87A and when the main pump is on it should also energize the solenoid to stop backflow to the other tank. Now I could be wrong on this, I'd wait for Larry to chime in. I thought it was plug play

When you put the new caliper brackets on they go on the rotor side of the knuckle, not where the old bracket was. Larry is at Joe's helping him with his trunk. What's with the relay?

I don't like it, take it off right now.

You got there years ago, you just don't see it! But we do.

165/80- 16 ? How tough to mount? does it need to be over inflated ? Will the rear still lockup like with a bike tire when you give too much pedal?

simple upgrade. Harbor freight super lift.

Got the new rear brakes on today, much better braking from the rear now. I was easy to do with the new stand I had to work on.

Good job Boomer. We have a homeless vet shelter here in Detroit. I work for a private school that is always having some type of large dinners, whenever there is large amounts of food left over I gather it all up and donate it to the shelter. Sometimes it's chicken & mosticholli, others times it's beef fillet's. My last trip down was with 15 gallons of soup & 350 bagels. They are happy yo have it and I'm happy to help.

Did you get any instructions with the brake kit ? I didn't. scan me a copy if you did, please. No owners manual either.
