  1. Yah me too. Come in so handy for almost everything. The long handle ones come in very handy as well. That's what I would do as well. Brad
  2. I always wondered if living by the salt air would cause early failure of some of the electrical switches. Also I think the bolts that do not come off normally will be a little harder to get off when they have too. Brad
  3. Sure you can, just make sure you bring a passport as we want to make sure you go home. Brad
  4. I think is is the stand that causes the extra lean. HalRSV99 changed both bushing and bolt and it looks like it helped only a little. When I had mine off i think it is the notch in the stand that is separating slowly over time, not the worn parts causing the lean. These kick stands hold a lot of weight, for a long time. Wonder if after a few more years this is going to be a problem with these bikes as they age. Brad
  5. Just above the oil drop, near the top of the photo, not sure if it is a crack or not. As I mentioned I am not sure where the picture was taken. BRad
  6. You must have one of those bikes built downunder. Brad
  7. Yup My 99 leans a lot further now from when I bought it. Harder to lift too and I know it is not just me getting older. Mine was not stiff, but when I pulled it apart and found the bolt is worn and bushing looked pretty new. I have both parts new but have not installed them yet. Brad
  8. NOt sure where the picture is taken, but I think I may be concerned about that part that looks cracked. AS Carl said clean it up and keep an I on it BRad
  9. Funny thing is the Odometer is only out about 2% Brad

  11. Naugh-T rode my First gen. and has lifted the second gen off the side stand. IF she had too she could probably ride the second gen. Brad
  12. Welcome. Remove the lower air deflectors when it is warm out and you will get a nice wind over the lower fairing and will hit you in chest. The loud bang you may also get if you ride with the choke on, carbs out of sync or in higher altitudes. Brad
  13. Thought they had a no smoking policy on all Aircraft, maybe they still allow it in the South Pacific. Brad
  14. This is Naugh-T's dream trip. Can't say that we can make it but you never know. Brad
  15. Hey give him a break, He just forgot to finish his Post. Brad
  16. I know how. New that you would post them so that is the easiest way. Brad
  17. The simplest way is too send them to a moderator and ask them if they can do it for you. Brad
  18. You can split the bacon and eggs with someone and still have food left over, at a very reasonable price. Now if you want ice cream that is also huge. Brad
  19. Not sure who said it but was told once before to use Yamaha Seals when rebuilding the forks. Seam to last longer than aftermarket. GOod luck BRad
  20. Winter comes and winter goes. Seems like winter is the only time to get anything done around the house so it is about time, to replace the kitchen and Living room flooring. Electric fireplace in the bedroom because Naugh-T is always freezing. Have to finish the painting that I stopped doing when riding weather came (never did get real nice). BRad
  21. Correct When I wrote the bypass it was for the main power and there would be no power or the bike would not turn over, nothing but a radio. Correct the smaller wires are for the coils GLAD to hear you got it going. BRad
  22. And I am still getting For inviting you. BRad
  23. Think he wanted to move it to another section, and you go ahead and delete it. Brad
