Haven't been on here in a while, been busy with life things this winter. Had a few health issues (minor), and a big cancer scare with my mother in law (Sam's mom). Thank God it seems to be negative so far, but we've been on pins and needles for a month or so. She will be seeing another specialist this week for a final diagnosis. Sam goes in this week for her final follow up on her little heart scare this summer, and I'm having a bunch of wisdom teeth pulled on Wed. I still think of you guys often and hope you're all doing OK with this crappy economy. We WILL be at MD so we'll see you all there. I'll be back posting a little at a time here. Vin

Found out a guy I knows kid was on the plane......he was sitting in the back and had water up to his neck. Good kid, said he tried t make sure everyone got out before him and the Captain told him to leave so he did. Don't know if I'd ever buy a lottery ticket after that. Looks like they used all their luck up.

ridden ferries tons of times with no problems. If the weather looks a little rough, we have to stay with the bikes.

Got a few friends who are rescue divers with FDNY and are working there now. I'm sure there will be some good stories over a few beers this weekend. Also, NY Waterway ferries once AGAIN come through. They were the insung heroes on 9/11, ferrying thousands of people across to NJ. One of the Captains who worked with my wife on her ferry has been there for a few years, don't know if he's there though. Amazing to see those people standing on the wings waiting.

Thats a training vid of a Russian K9 My K9 guy has a bunch of those. Those Russians don't mollycoddle bad guys...most are mucky to survive the arrest process.

My chubby butt needs to lose alot of weight so count me in if you want to. I don't know my exact weight but I think I can do 40 lbs by Don's. I'll weigh in before we start and let you know if I make the list. I'm still fuzzy on how we're going to do this, but I'll figure it out.
