What in the world cost $400? Should have had some labor to drain the tank, and change out the fuel filter. Pump shouldn't have been hurt at all. Sounds like your getting the shaft all the way around. BTW, I used to be a Service Manager/Tech, so I do have some idea of what it should cost.

Mac and Linux are not really safe....it's just that no one has wanted to bother with viruses for them yet. Give them time. They go after Windows because there are more machines running it.

Next time, shut it off immediately, then start up in safe mode, and run your scans from there. Usually takes care of it. I use Microsoft Security Essentials for my antivirus (free) Also use these...all free malwarebytes superantispyware spybot: search & destroy ad-aware Never have any problems....and I visit alot of "questionable" sites.

Yup, sounds like plug fouling. I always change plugs after a good Seafoam treatment, as it tends to foul them out. -

A guy from work had that happen to him 2 years ago, on Father's Day. He wasn't far from where I saw this deer, and on the same road. The deer jumped and knocked him off, into the path of oncoming traffic. He died quickly, and the bike hardly had a scratch on it. He never even saw the deer.

Boring everywhere. I grew up there, and it really sux. Wife says it's the most boring and flat state there is.

This morning, I was coming home from work. It wasn't quite light yet, but just barely dawn. (cold too) I had just started to pass a car, when I saw a very big buck heading my way , in a hurry. ( he was an 8 or 10 point, at least). He stopped about 10 feet from the road in front of me, and just looked at me. I laid on the Stebel horn, and it was enough to send him running off the other way. I think the guy I was passing never saw him, and was wondering what I was honking at. Scary at the time, but glad it turned out ok. I see lots of deer between home, and the 40 miles to work.

Cruser, you are waaaay behind the times. Google for the "law enforcement safety act of 2004". Active or retired can carry ANYWHERE in the U.S. States can't say a thing about it.

....And I was just thinking today, about asking your permission to see about getting some flags made up, to sell to members. I was thinking it because the guy who used to have them won't respond to emails anymore. Of course, they would only be sold for the cost...and maybe a few extra bucks that will go straight to this site, as sort of a donation.

We are home too. That wind was terrible. Had a great time, saw old friends and got to make some new ones. Life is good.

Also, I saw a dark grey Venture trike hauling butt into Paris, Tn. yesterday on hwy 79. Never seen it here before.
