    Well yes Scott I actually feel more cofortable that I am seen when I wear the Pink Chaps Beer 30 made me.I am dead serious people take notice of me on the bike when I wear them.I also got a strobe light and installed it in the vent under the headlight and it strobes all the time the bike key is in the on position.Now this strobe is only on Minis 92 but I want to install one on all the bikes as it does make people notice you as well. You can ask Beer about the chaps but his business is busy as all get out at the moment so it might be a while and not to mention Sherry might want her own.LOL Yall take care out there and look forward to seeing me again next september in Asheville Jeff

    David it was great to talk to you but how come every time I called the house or Minis cell you answered is there something I need to know? Words cannot begin to express how I feel that you went out of your way to fix the electrical problem at the house for me. You know I LOVE YOU like a brother and I would do anything for you.Thank You for going out of your way to help Margaret out of the dark.I owe you BIG TIME and I will repay you whenever the opertunity presents itself.     Do we have someone close to Woodstock NY?I have a chance to buy a bike for a really low price its a 1998 model Fatboy I dont want it but figured someone here might be interested I had a soldier tell me about it today and is gonna try to get his brother to send him pics so I can see it. Let me know if you can someone here might get a great deal I dont want a Harley or need one for that matter so yall just keep your comments to yourself on Muffin and a Harley Jeff

    Well I talked to Mini muffin at 0500 Afganistan time 8:30 pm eastern standard time and then again at 7 pm my time noonish est.She made it to her Moms house just fine I am glad about that. I am doing fine over here is stinky very stinky Kandahar.Google Kandahar3 look at the map and the dark lake you see well Ill let you figure out what it is this is a pg rated site. I thought that I would let yall know I am ok and rally in need of a bike ride and an Ice cream.I get pepsis over here but they are 300ml and they are made in Dubai.They just dont taste quite right but they will do at least they have them unlike when we stopped in Germany on the way over and all I could get was coke needless to say I was a thirsty somebody for a while.     Thanks Cliff I had a visitor today Cliff Fargason came to CRC and took me out to lunch I want to say that it was really great of him to drive 90 miles out of his way to do this as always I had a great time the food was good the icecream was great and the company was exceptional Thank Cliff Jeff

I know Terry can handle a first gen very well and I trust him with mine hell it might even be clean and polished next time I see it.     Don I agree with you on your thinking.I was one of the members that said dont change the logo way back when. If someone does not like the Logo that alot of us consider a Family Crest they dont have to get it whether on a shirt,hat,or other items that we come up with on occasion.I know that Freebird (dad to some of us) is always open to suggestions and comments.I will say that before any changes are made Don will ask the members of the Family and after the vote that is when he will make the decision on changes or no changes. I like the new Logo and will get Mini to order some shirts for me with pockets of course. I say we all say Thanks to Grey Ghost and Big Tom for the new art work and the chance to get some new t shirts.:clap2: I look forward to getting back from the sandbox to sport the new shirts at a meet and eat or 20 you never know where I am gonna turn up when Mini gets tired of seeing me again.     I hate to burst your bubble but I have outrun a busa on a 1300 and regularly show the local crotch rocket riders that a 1200 83 model will eat a crotch rocket for breakfast and spit it out. The top speed is not the question overall it is the riders balls to take a 26 year old 863 pound bike up to 148 mph and stay there when going around the blue lights. Yes I was thinking about adding notros to one of my 83s just for fun. Jeff
