OK time for a new multi page thread I hope Here are pics of Annie in Afganistan and Kuwait I could not get pics of her in Dubai or Bagram since Maint day she has been to the following countries at the following places. June 29th she was in Ali a saleem Kuwait the pic in front of the post office sign July 3rd she made it to Bagram in afganistan No pics July 5th she was in Shindand Afganistan pics with the head wrap on and off the gas tank from my bike I had over there She was in Washington DC on Aug 10th and then back in Snellville Ga till she made it to Asheville Nc where she was handed off to BOO to head to Illinois to make her way accross the country to visit as many states as possible before maint day 2011 lets keep the pics of her going and see how many states she can make it through before next summer.. Margaret and I made it in around 6 got the bike unloaded from the truck and now its time for some much needed alcohol and some sleep Had a great time and some painfull riding on the 650 but it was worth it Jeff

So am I gonna see you at the year end meet and eat this year its only 1365 miles for you to ride up? Havent decided where we are gonna have it yet I have to get home so I can try out a few restaurants and then make a decision on where we will be eating. Jeff

Can someone PLEASE make the time go by faster the suspense is killing me so is the boredom. If its gonna be in the 90s I am definatly gonna need a jacket its been in the 120s here for a while. Cant wait to see all my crazy biker friends.=)) Jeff

Well lets get this started no sense in me being the only one that is excited that the contract is almost over.as of this morning I have 42 more days till I get to Kuwait and then it will be 1 or 2 to get back to Mini. I am not planning on doing anything non Mini related for at least 30 days so if ya want to see me then ya need to make sure she is going to be there. Margaret has been real good about this over seas trip of mine (the paychecks are helping) I know she is really looking forward to me being home to fix a few things and so that she will have someone to talk to. Thanks to all of you that have put up with her while I am over here in the sand box I really appreciate it. Who wants to go Riding I am looking forward to getting some good riding and good food into me as long a Mini is up for it I am sure that the miles will rack up on the bike. See yall soon Jeff

Thats really great news Dan in a few weeks you wont have to cut the grass. Patsy is probably trying to figure out how she can do all the things she normally does like out run you. Tell her I said HI and am looking forward to seeing her again real soon. Jeff

Well I am at Blackjacks house at the moment as I am leaving for the sand box tomorrow.And he has been kind enough to offer me a bed for the night and a ride to the airport. Mini and I rode the 650 V star over to Newnan and had lunch with Charleene and Lewis,Wing man and Plate licker (Paula),Grey ghost and his wonderfull wife Elizabeth,and even Todd(86er) showed up for the food and company.Lewis's grandsons were there with his daughter Kelly. We had a good time and a great meal Thanks Charleene and Paula the food was great. Mini will post pics when she gets home I am sure. See ya in 59 days

Well Bobbie just got off the phone with the lawyer and he said that she gets everything.Evidently the state of South Carolina says the woman gets it all and the guy looses his bike. George has been trying to make it up to her every since the incident happened. The question is will she get home from work tomorrow to a new car she knows which one she likes will we be seeing pics of Bobbies new ride in the near future????????? Jeff

Annie I recieved the package on the 8th 4 hours before I got on the first plane to head home. Thank You Thank You Thank You I will try it when I get back to the sand box next week and have Mini let you know how it is. Ok here is the question of the year as far as Maintenance day goes. Why did George leave Bobbie in Maryland on the way to Riderdukes house? Yes he did and there are plenty of members to testify at the divorce procedings. Watch this thread for updates. Jeff

Just thought I would get on here and let everyone know that I am alive and well and am counting the days till I get to come home as of right now its 88 till I am back in Atlanta and home for good I am looking forward to the eastern shore ride in september and of course getting to see alot of the family.I am sure I dont need to tell yall how much I REALLY NEED a ride on a real bike. I hope everyone has a good riding season and stays safe. See ya in september Jeff

Dan it sounds to me like clutch basket knock nothing to worry about in my opinion the blonde has beendoing that for the last 45K miles so if its a good deal tell him to get it and we will get together and fix it in september.
