We need Mother or 93 Venture to post on this. Both of them have or have had RK mufflers on their 1st gens. -
We've got the IS-33s. I didn't have any problem installing headsets in them. They do run on the small side so you may have to add a size. Other than that they're very comfortable and are pretty quiet.

It was great seeing you and Lonna today at the M&E. Good luck on the job interview and have a safe trip back down south. We'll see you at MD or the rally or, well, you don't know about that yet..... anyways, we will be seeing you.

Bob, They're downloadable at the Garmin website or at other places too I see. I paid $70.00 two years ago. I'll only do it every two years or so. Once you have it downloaded to your computer just hook up your unit to the computer and run the update. It should pretty much do it by itself.

Doug, Take Darrin (93 Venture) up on his offer, he's close to you and he's very good with these bike. He used to help me out quite a bit. Maintenance Day at Don's is good too, a lot going on there. Dealers don't want to work on bikes over 10 years old. Even though my 06 is under warranty it will only see the dealer if it is a warranty issue. I do all my own maintenance now. If I can't do it yet someone here will either help do it and show me or there's good tech articles on the site too.

Glad to hear you're all ok. You're in Mariner Fan's area. He lives in Alexandria IN right next to Anderson. We're having a M&E in Kokomo tomorrow afternoon, it's not far if you want to make it. Need anything holler, one of us will help you out. -
For anyone considering this let me tell you it was a GREAT time! Dennis and Valerie are great hosts. All of the Kentucky riders we met were very nice folks. Sue and I are planning on doing this one again.

We've scheduled: A long Memorial Day weekend (Lexington KY again?) Maintenance Day The VR International Rally (I guess I should be there) Looking at another possible week long trip Plus all the weekend M&Es and camping we can get in.
