  1. Not sure there's anyone you can trust to bring it to you. Might get an empty plate with a couple of crumbs on it, if you're lucky.:rotf: Margaret
  2. Wow Awesome news Cindy. I'm glad things are looking good to put him away. Heck fork, knives and cleavers are ready. Margaret
  3. Hey Eck I thought you were getting Ruffy's wife? Are you trying to get your own harem started? :rotf::rotf: Margaret
  4. Depends on what you want the bike to do. The mark I's were a bit faster then the Mark II's. The only big problem they had was the early mark I's 2nd gear problem. Other then that the motors are good in both. Margaret
  5. Sorry boss just wanted to help you two out. You two really do a lot for us here. Margaret
  6. Well I still have the loss I intended with a few extra pounds. I don't think I need to lose anymore just get motivated to work out some now. Margaret
  7. I was saddened by that news as well. Not many like him around. Margaret
  8. I've been thinking about MD this year. Last year Don and Eileen ordered food for the whole gang that came. I know they had the jar out and I think Don said it came out even for him. But since he's going through this treatment for cancer I have been thinking maybe we can take care of the food this year. All of us can pay so much towards the food and then Don won't have to worry about it. If need be one of us can take care of ordering the food for the day. I'm just thinking of how to make this an easier event for the Boss and his wife. I knew Don wouldn't cancel MD unless he really had to. So I waited and I've talked with a couple of other folks on the site about this. Not sure how we can make it easier for Don but I'm sure with this group we can come up with a plan that will work. I haven't asked Don before I started this thread. Maybe I should have, but knowing Don he'd have said not to worry about it. We could even just all go out to eat though that might get a bit crazy with the size group we'll be having. So let me know what you think folks. I'm hoping not to make anyone mad just trying to find a way to make it easier for Don and Eileen. Margaret
  9. My heart breaks for you. That's the hardest part of having a beloved pet it eventually passes on. Hopefully you can recover. Some don't understand when you lose a pet it's just like losing a family member. Plenty of us on here can relate to your loss. I know it won't be long before my old girl goes on from here and I dread it. Margaret
  10. Gerald you know you have to show them where it is they'll never find it with them directions. They'd have to know east from west. Good luck hope they found it by now. Margaret
  11. Muffinman has them on his trailer. I'll ask where he got them and how much and let you know. Margaret
  12. Beautiful pics, keep em coming. Margaret
  13. Oh it's very simple we've been through this with spear. You're on tomorrow when we're still on today. But by now I think we're on the same day. But that won't last. By the time we're all up and about on today you'll be working on tomorrow again. Gets confusing for folks who can't seem to follow the flow. But Yama mama and I got it down pat now. So I'm sure we all catch up somewhere along the way. Hope that explains it. For those not understanding it read it backwards might help. Margaret
  14. Well I got my toga ironed figured I should be presentable now. I even tried ironing that thong, but for the life of me it was the hardest thing I ever ironed. Mostly string so I guess that's the problem. Margaret
  15. Hey Deb sweetie we need to get you a computer at home. I know you said you don't have time at home because you're busy outside. But we need reinforcements in chat. So enjoy your wine and the evening on the porch. We'll lift a glass to you in chat. Margaret
  16. Congrats to your son. The hubby took a few lessons just didn't have the extra time or money back then for him to continue. When is he taking you on your first plane trip with him as the pilot? Margaret
  17. Pull gas tank cover and air filter box you'll see four lines coming from top of carburetor going towards the gas tank. Gently pull them out on the frame side and run them outside the frame of the bike so you can see the ends. Start bike (it won't run exactly right) and then follow back up and get float unstuck in the carb that's leaking. It's an overflow for when the carbs gets stuck. Hubby was dictating this to me on the phone. Gotta take care of our other first gens. Margaret
  18. Hey now is this pick on Mini time? I'm very nice and never cause any trouble knowingly. It's all by accident, I promise. Now as for that string deal I know which way they go. Makes it feel like something's stuck in the wrong place right?:rotf::rotf:Kinda like having a permanent wedgie. Margaret
  19. Well at least you didn't get hurt or hurt the bike. Now that you got that over with you won't have to worry about it anymore. Margaret
  20. I'll be there. Not sure of the condition of my toga. I'll wear my thong underneath just for security. What is this trouble I'm accused of causing I have no idea what you mean. Margaret
  21. I say go for it. Then you and Ramona can have some fun and not wait for the waters to leave. Margaret
  22. Actually that was the reason at first. The new company that picked up the contract terminated everyone's vacation time for the year. Only allowed a day here and a day there. Margaret
  23. When you head out make sure you make a copy of the assistance list for the areas you are heading. Or at least a few phone numbers for emergency. Plus I'm sure there's plenty of folks that would be willing to ride out and meet you for a cup or a meal. Here's a link for some info for the BRP. If you have the time the Biltmore is having their flower show, plus they opened up a few more rooms. Not sure if you folks are interested in that. We did that last year with the group we had in Asheville. Lots of stuff to see and do hope you have fun. http://www.blueridgeparkway.org/ Margaret
  24. Glad you're home now rest up and no overdoing anything. I've been very good while you were gone. Actually I think we all were being good. Man is that tough to do. I promise I'll try and be good for a while longer, but this is so hard to do. At least until you feel more normal or as close to it as I can wait for. Ya know we all love you so just get well fast. Margaret
  25. That does look nice. You know you guys never do learn your lessons no matter what the price. Margaret
