  1. Oh I think that's a challenge. Guess I'm gonna have to get working on that pic. :rotf: Margaret
  2. We've never bought anything from them. I don't remember hearing anyone on the site using them either. Or they just hadn't said where I looked. Hope someone can answer this for you. Are you looking to get something from them? Or did you already buy something and are having problems? Margaret
  3. :rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf: Margaret
  4. What you couldn't find the pic David? :rotf::rotf: Margaret
  5. That's one thing I'm not looking forward to when the warm weather comes in to stay. One of the native guys tried getting in the house last year. Scared Jeff when he tried to get in and he had company at the door already. Margaret
  6. Glad you got home ok. I'm sure sleeperhawk was very lonesome without you. Oh and thanks for the drop-off. I know taz appreciated it and so did we. At least you left him a pie till you got back. Margaret
  7. They have Muslim biker gangs? Whoda thunk it. Margaret
  8. Dang I don't know how I missed this yesterday. Gene Oh Gene what can we say. I only give pics to a select few of me in skimpy outfits. :rotf: Now Tom I thought you were doing so well. Is it all the weight you lost? Was it was your mind that you lost? I'm trying to help you there. I'll have to look up some good pics before I post again. Hmmm who to post pics of. I have someone in mind who sent me a pm this morning. Margaret
  9. OK hubby says to make sure the fuel cutoff is in the on position. If it is, loosen the 6 phillips head screws on the front of the fuel pump with the key on. Possible that pump is vapor locking. Margaret
  10. Well you ride on over for MD this June and you'll have plenty of folks to meet and ride with. Plus there are folks not far from you so you won't have to ride alone. Margaret
  11. You do what you need to Don, this place will be fine. All us trouble makers and will behave. I promise. Actually you know you can count on us. Plus if the moderators need help all they have to do is ask. Take care of yourself we want you around for a very long time. Margaret
  12. Well you can introduce him to a bunch of us in June. Head over to Oberlin for Maintenance day and he'll get a warm welcome. We have folks that ride all sorts of bikes on here. Most of us can't really understand his fixation on what you ride. The bike has to be comfortable for the rider. Since you're comfortable he should be happy you like to ride. Just bring him over we'll straighten him out. We're a really fun bunch and as long as he likes to eat he'll fit right in. Plus all those BS tales the guys tell, oh and ice cream is big too. Good luck on this situation. Margaret
  13. So if the south is invading Gettysburg again do we need to dress the part and bring appropriate armament? :rotf::rotf: Margaret
  14. I feel for ya Cindy. Our temps are back up to the 60's but it's rain all weekend. It's suppose to be nice next week, but I'm not holding my breath. That stuff changes day to day. Well it won't be long till summer now. Margaret
  15. Is it trying to start or nothing at all? Margaret
  16. From what I understand you have to park on the street with the meters. They really don't seem to encourage folks coming on their bikes. Margaret
  17. A sad but true statement. If he cared about her comfort he would never have given that ultimatum. Margaret
  18. Sounds like a great trip. Here's the link for the tourism stuff in Savannah. You'll like it there, just if you ride your bikes don't go down to River St. That road is terrible on bikes, not so good on cars either. Here's the link to the visitors center http://www.savannahvisit.com/index.asp As for Charleston I understand they aren't very biker friendly. Can't park a bike in any of the public garages and such. I'm sure someone else will chime in on that. Plenty to see in Charleston as well. Two great choices for seeing plenty of historic stuff. Hope you guys have a good time. Margaret
  19. Well I already knew where she was going. Nobody would ever believe that those two would be apart too long. Margaret
  20. I can't speak for halfwit but if the guy wants to come go for it. (as long as it's ok with the one whose setting this up) Anyway around here it doesn't matter what ya ride. We have folks that have harley's, BMW's, Kaw's, etc. We just like folks that like to ride and of course eat, not to mention the BS that goes on as well, plus the ice cream. Margaret
  21. If you tell him the pink tights thing please have a video camera handy. I'd like to see his face after that one. Margaret
  22. I was just thinking since you live in OH you need to come to Maintenance Day this year. Bring the hubby. We'll even be nice to him. Margaret
  23. It's your bike you ride it, you shouldn't have to give up the bike you like to please him and his friends. Hard to believe any guy that had a wife that rides her own bike telling her she has to switch to something he likes. Unbelievable! Margaret
  24. Seems as of April 1 there's gonna be a new nasty worm out there. . Mostly they don't seem to know how bad this one is gonna get, but they seem to be leaning on pretty bad. Here's the link. http://tech.yahoo.com/blogs/null/128643/beware-conficker-worm-come-april-1/ Thought some folks might like to know about this one. Some of us aren't too computer savvy, most of us wouldn't know what to do with this one. Think you'd have to be a tech person to figure this out. Margaret
  25. We do the KOA as well. The cabins are nice and you won't have to sleep on the ground. If you do the KOA cabin thing bring a sleeping bag. They don't provide linens unless you pay extra. Also most folks on here would be thrilled to have you visit. So when you get to do this trip make a post on where you intend to head and I'm sure some nights will be taken care of. Margaret
