Well maybe not being able to get your email is God's way of saying kick back and relax for a change. Don't worry about any trouble that's what the moderators are for. Well figured I better update folks on the muffinman. He's turning wrenches now. He had a couple of Marines come up to him and ask if he could fix their Harrier. Not sure it he'll be allowed, but evidently even in Afghanistan it doesn't take long for folks to figure Jeff's around. So I guess I'll find out later if he's gonna get to fix the Marines Harrier. Guess it won't be long before he's fixing them camels too. Salty might be right by the time he leaves nothing will need fixing. Margaret

Well I know this site has become an addiction to some of us. Just think what happens when we can't get on here folks. Plus on a serious note I don't know what I would do without this bunch. Right now this is my connection to everything. I have members that call and check on me. You know who you are and then I have the pm's and emails from folks checking on me. I never had such good friends that are so much more then that. Definitely this group is family. Thanks Don, now you take good care of Eileen. Margaret

Well just to keep up with the updates. His internet is up and running now. At least it was before he went to bed. He's 8 hrs ahead of us. He also got himself a bicycle to ride around base. Seems the walking was too much for him. Might be a skinny muffinman when he gets home. So we should see some posts hopefully from him soon. Margaret

I think they should bump up the charges. Just think what would have happened if he hit someone on a bike. Folks are so stupid now they don't seem to care as long as they can do what they like. I think these folks should lose their license. They shouldn't be allowed back out there with the rest of us. Margaret

Well he called and forgot to have his mailing addy with him. He paid for internet, but they are waiting for the IT folks to show up and hook them up. They also said they may transfer some folks. I'm hoping he just stays there. I don't know where the two places they mentioned are. Of course now I can't remember what they were either. I'll keep you all informed as we go. I'll post his mailing addy as soon as he remembers to give it to me. Margaret
