    I`m going to do a majore tear down over the next week, so I might as well change the filter while I have tore apart... I may have to send to you (Goose) in a box to put it all back together...LOL naw,,shouldn`t be that bad, I`m not ready to tackle the valves yet, I will get ponch and gunboat to school me on that one of these days....

    hhhmmmmm not sure, mine acted like that one time, still showed to have a 1/4 tank, but fliped it over to reserve and all was well.... thats the only time it has done it.. how many miles you got on it?? might be time to change it out, I have around 18k on mine and have not changed it, so I am sure I am about due..     All True.....thats why I live 40miles west of Houston and try to never go there... there are alot of big Co.`s on the out skirts of Houston, Stewart/Stevenson, some place that makes the Army Trucks..I`ll get the names for you, Orizon, Texas Steel Fab...many more, best place to look in the clasifieds on line, or even check on the info posted around SanAntonio..... any way, I have my eyes open for you and will PM what I find, what ever you 2 decide or find, I know you will do good.     I got my Kumho yesterday and plan on mounting it up this Sunday, what kind of "slick-um" have ya`ll been using?? I have heard everything from dish soap to K/Y Jelly ??? What air pressure are most starting out riding with before making any air adj.? Thanks, Kreg

    Not sure, I looked at them and saw M&E pics, icons, and others.... nothing dirty, but thought it best to delete them till I figure out whats up and do I virus scan....Thanks for pointing that out.

    hhhmmm... went back and looked, no buttons on bottom, but had a multi file on the top, clicked it and came up with all kinds of stuff, some from face book, others not a clue...but I`ll except the extra credit any way, unless there is something that will get me booted.... that is strange......

    They should bolt right up using the same brackets for the R/K`s. as far knocking a plug out, I took a 3/4in. solid steel rod and drove it through from both ends of each muffler, knocking the end plate of the baffles out.. You may find that one side will be harder to get on then the other, get you a small 2x4 and a 3lbs hammer and drive it home... after the firt time, when ever you need to remove them and replace, it is a real easy job..     Do you have Mic-Mutes installed?? how about a "Y" spliter for after market things like a XM ?? if so check it out, I had one go bad, It did about the same thing you are talking about... K

    Thank you for making us aware of it. Petition signed. What a shame!! with out the men and wemen who gave all and those that are at this time serving in the armed forces, this clown in oregan would not have the freedom to complain about the cross.. God Bless our vets!! and our Troops!!!

    I`m not that sure on a good dealer in the Houston area, as I have never had my bike to a dealer...I am not real good with the electronics of these beasts either, but try to do all of my own work, the people and info on this site are priceless, some one will chime in as to what needs to be checked out. I would be more then happy to give you a hand if some one smarter then me can say where to start looking... I have a big work shop and lots of tools, so feel free to give me a shout if you ever want to get together and work on these things... Kreg

    Sounds like he is trying to make a sale.... its not that bad, drop the mufflers, remove the bags, jack it up and remove the brake callaper and axle.. work the tire/wheel out and thats it, you should grees the splines while you have it out... try it, if you have any problems, your Family waits here to help you out...
