  3. Another issue with the ethanol is it is rough on rubber and plastic.
  4. I bought a Gmax helment and the dealer negeleted to include the smoked shield so I called Gmax and they had one in the mail the next day.
  5. It's cheaper but not as efficent as gasoline so you are actually paying more for mile.

  13. Well I completed the adjustments on both bikes (thanks Earl aka Skydoc_17 for shim kit, tool and great price on gaskets). Both bikes had never been done and both had 40K on them one bike took four shims and the other eight. It sure made a big difference in the engine noise and a noticeable increase in performance. I followed the procedure in the tech library and picked Earl's brain some. The whole procedure took a whole day on the first bike and most of a day on the second the procedure it self was a snap however it requires a lot of patience and time. If anyone around me wants to do this I am more than willing to help now that I have done it, just get the stuff you need and give me a shout. By the way $12 saved me at least $400

  18. I have one and the Carbon One adapter works greata with it, have probally used mine at least 100 times.
  19. Got a flyer yesterday and the Harbor Freight Motorcycle jack is on sale this weekend for $69.
  20. I got an e-mail from him Sunday, I was using his shim kit and tools and forgot how much I was supposed to insure them when I returned them.

  22. Glad you stayed upright and are ok, we have lots of snapping turtles back home and altough I have never hit one on a bike a buddy of mine did and he said it felt like someone had put a roller skate under his front wheel luckily he was only going about 30 and did not go down.
  23. Yeah and when it says a curve is 10 MPH it means 10 MPH, its fun road it alot growing up. Lots of good roads in that area.
