    Sounds like you are headed in the right direction. That is a good looking bike already. In my opinion you are right about carbs unless you like taking those things apart (I Don't) More Sea-Foam and ride it. Not that Aggressive?? Wait til you get those carbs clean and change plug wires & plugs. There is a set of wires that are on E-Bay for these things. They need the Resistor caps. Dunlop Elll's seem to be the choice now but Avon's are great tires. Progressive springs great thing on these. Color-Rite paint? Should match up OK. I use Dino oil (Castrol 20/50) with a Fram filter from Advance Auto for 3 bucks.If you get tired of working on that one I got a couple..... And WELCOME!!!     James you can tie a in line fuse in there til you get fuse box. Any Auto Parts store will have them. I can't remember what amp they are right now.

    My compressor quit when Mud Daubers plugged the end of the intake hose.

    Never say never. I would have bet my last two accidents could not have happened. My last close call was sliding to a stop when a B**** pulled out in front of me while on Cell phone. If I bought a Wing I think I would want the bag.

    To each his own in this. I used to leave the clubhouse and they would know I was ok if they heard that Pan start and go. If not I would come back in and ask " Somebody come and hold this SOB up til I can get it started." Sure sign I was totaled. Somebody would usually hold it up and I made it home most of the time. I rarely will drink 1 beer now when riding. And it is Unleaded if I can find it. Alcohol and Bikes do not mix in my opinion.

    I'll put dents all over Brown Sugar before I make the mistake of swinging on the Warden!! I think a good dent puller might get you out of this one but it would have been a lot better to do it when it was fresh before the metal got used to being in the position it is in. Still might come out easy.

    Crackhead without lights on pulled into road and ran over me. Took 4 yrs to get anything out of them and it was very little after they figured out I wasn't going away. I got stuck with over 100,000 in medical. All of them are rude smart a**es and I would like 1 min alone with them. I can invent new cuss words talking about Dairyland and their Parent company Sentry Insurance. Lowest of the low.

    Good Luck. I've been waiting since May 2009 on Geico. DairyLand is a JOKE. This is my opinion from the two times I' have been smacked and both times they were totally at fault. Lost my savings and took a huge hit on my retirement.

    Good Luck!! I just came back from the Sunshine State. It is hot down there. Did you see the Startron thread on here? I would just keep a little Sea-Foam in it for a while. But the Startron is something to think about. Chevron gas has Techron in it. I use it every chance I get.
