Has anyone used the "blue flame" vent free wall mount heaters? Just insulated the garage, and have the drywall up (thanks IH Truck Guy), and just need to mud it yet. Wasn't quite ready to worry about which heater yet, but my two choices are both on sale right now, and I need to decide today. I have Natural Gas available to heat a 24x26x9.5 foot garage. I'm leaning for the vent free 30,000 btu over the ceiling mount vent outside 45,000 btu unit. It's less than 1/2 the $ and I don't need to cut a hole in the wall and spend another $100 to vent it. I'm looking at the ProCom vent free thermostat with fan added. Mr heater has had a similar unit in the past as well. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Later, Scooter Bob

And you didn't stop by??? See you Friday night, Scooter Bob and Karen

Yes, it could be true. I saw this often in my HD days. When loose, you get enough current to power the lighter stuff, including pulling the starter relay, (click, click) but not always enough to turn it over. Later, Scooter Bob

Ya hey, and I was really on the ball too. I thought of that down around St Cloud somewhere. Got home around 7 Sunday night. Followed a bunch of rain for the last 100 miles. Thanks for the good time everyone. And when I told Karen about the horseback riding, she almost cried. It'll be tough keepin' her away next year. Later, Scooter Bob

Makes me wonder... Mine seems to do better two up, or at least the back seat full of camping gear. Seems the trunk being able to catch air puts a good dent in the mileage. Maybe those wings could kill it some. I'll only get a little over 40 mpg. tomorrow running up the interstate at 70 mph all morning. But get it on the two lanes at 55, and it'll be in the high 40's. 05 with 75,000 on it. Mileage got better around 40k. Must take that long to break it in good. Oh ya, I also run the K&N's. When mine went out this spring on a trip to Fl, I was more worried about the bump in the middle of a curve, bike gets a wobble to it with the "Rear End Bouncing". Just take it easy, as others have said, you'll be fine. Just My , Scooter Bob

THE RACE IS ON.... It just occurred to me I'll be riding by the Western edge of the big lake on the way to P.I.P. Friday. Might just beat you to it... Seriously, Karl, that Ice breaker should be a great time. Enjoy... Later, Scooter Bob

We scored this last Sunday on the way back from the Badger Steam and Gas show in Baraboo. It's along Rustic road #49, of 108 in the state. Levee road runs west-NW from Portage towards the WI Dells, along the WI river. http://www.dot.wisconsin.gov/travel/scenic/maps.htm I see we need to plan another trip to the top of the state. There was only 107 when we hit them all 2 years ago. 108 has been added up in Sawyer County. ROAD TRIP! Later, Scooter Bob The next target is... You and your bike and a WOODEN ship or boat, on land or in the water (strap on the pontoons). Good Luck and Happy Hunting from, Scooter Bob and Karen

I might consider a trade/buy, but that won't be possible till the dead of winter. I would imagine there are many members here that have one laying around. Later, Scooter Bob Never mind, I see others are already chiming in to fix you up.

If you take them off, the Harley riders will quit waving.... cus they know it's not one of them.:crackup: Actually, that's not a problem around these parts, most everybody waves, no matter what they're ridin'. Later, Scooter Bob
