Hey Hawg.....I see your not interested in using cb but the firstick type antennas do work and are cheap to do. I dont tend to agree with Squidley on changing the mount unless hes talking about the stud. Here's what i did. http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=57269 Either way good luck David

Id have to check the weight of the hull and trailer. Im not sure its too heavy. Someone on this site had a caasket trailer made from a real casket. Ive carried a few of those things and they arent light. Now it may be a bit too wide. As in way wider than the bike. But yea it would look cool behing the bike David

cant find info on this. Its a barn find so to speak. Owner says it ran 10 yrs ago and has been setting since so I know it needs minimum new plug, wire , and fuel plus carb work. What my question is is how much is this thing worth. Theres not a scratch on it and everythings original. Onlly has 2796 miles on the odometer and since its setting beside a 57 bel air with 27 grand on I dont doubt the milage. Any help will be apreciated David

stain goes on in many ways depending on your desired look. most of the time we just roll it on David

acid etch it........muratic acid reduced with water will open the pours in concrete and let the epoxy bite much better. As memory serves me ( check side of acid bottle) its 5 parts water to one part muratic acid. Pour it on with a common plastic plant waterer and then sweep around with a push broom. Dont freak when you see a little smoke come up. Was with fresh water after your done let dry and paint. We just did an office floor and I was quite impressed with the epoxies that come with the multispec particles that you sprinkle in by hand. Just make sure you dont go too far before you put the specs on or youll be walking on fresh paint . David ps .just thought about this but Id do a moisture test before you paint/epoxy/or stain. If it gets water under any of the for mentioned products they will not stay down. Seen this happen a few times and had to scrape paint off . There are kits out there to test for moisture. Water can come up from underneath and no matter how small amount it will pop the paint

other than what has been said. Also I might add is to be there when you can and never feel ashamed because you cant go to a lot of missions. I did feel ashamed as these soldiers gave all so I can be free and safe and I let things like work and other type stuff get in the way. Took a welcome home and a conversation with a disabled vet returning to make me realise that we all cant do everything. We can only do what we can. Ride safe and proud. Oh yeah I never heard of a newbie package. David
