    It sounds like blow by, but just for grins, get a flash light and look real good around the Valve covers to make sure that you don`t have a gasket leaking. Most that I have seen with blow by issuse it is seen up by the air cleaners and on the back ( by the seat) of the engine, however, the carbs will get all kinds of nasty on the out side with oil. Just clean it up real good and see if you can get a glimps of where it is coming from..Good luck, and let us know. If you don`t find it, come on down to the MX Day on 3/26 and we can put some eyes on it..or a Big Hammer!! LOL

    That really stinks!, but very glad ya`ll didn`t get hurt!! 2 sec. is to close for me also, I had to take to the ditch on my Honda to avoid doing that, if I had been on the venture it would have been bad.. I hang on back abit more now.

    Goose, if one did polish their rims, would a good quality clear coat work on them? or would it peel after awhile? just curious, I`ve never tried it.

    Not sure, but you can paint them on the inside ( to prevent rock chips) or could use window tint and a heat gun....
