    I had taken Nexium for a few years, at that time I could get heart burn from drinking water.... any way got better and stopped taking it... not sure what the deal was last night, we had fish for dinner, maybe the red sause got to me...I don`t know, but I am going to get some maalox just to keep on hand... hhhmmmm I love Oranges and Green peppers....I love a bowl of ice cream before bed...good on the chlorestirol..lol I havn`t tried the Yogurt thing though..I have yet to find any that taste good.. Thanks for the input!!

    I would like to get to Tn. one of these days, my Grandkids live in Strawberry, not sure where that is, but have been thinking about a ride over, also have a freind that lives 8mls from Stawberry...post up a date of, if and when you might do this..

    there was a 5 or 6 yr old little girl on the news tonight that was singing it at a college foot ball game and she never missed a beat!!!

    "Tires" is a whole can of worms... but I beleave that the 404 is abit lite for the RSV, I ran them on my Aero and had good luck, but that was a light bike.. look at the Dunlop E3`s..
