But not our size yet. The link above is an article that has pictures and describes the new tread design and extended mileage claims. Michelin is pretty happy but I like the old design. Says they will come in 15 sizes. For the front, it does not include our stock size (150/80/16) but does carry the "small front", 130/90/16. Rear, they do have our 150/90/15. Ok So i am jumpning feet in . The low end stumble when trying to take off , the hard starts in the summer while having to use full choke. And the long wait to warm up even in the summer is driving me nuits. The 96 rstc came with kromewerks aftermarket pipes and I doubt it was ever rejetted. I was planning on taking the carbs off and turning the pilot jets richer 1/2 to a full turn but was told by a friend if the carbs are gonna be off just step up the main jets one size larger. does anyone have any info on this . Is it a good idea and if so where do i get the jets and how do i know what size are in there now? I have a dose of seafoam now to see if this is the problem. i plan on doingthis labor day weekend so I want to get ready now.

I am trying to figure out the wire size for the rear lights.... I think they are 16 gauge..... Just want to make sure I get the correct fittings for tying in the Hoppy isolator Thanks, Robert C. -
Are the Yamaha conchos STR-4NK78-10-00 the same size as the embossed emblem on the RSTD seat skirts?

Can someone tell me what size bolt #5 on the rear trunk mount schematic is just purchased this 06 RSV missing one bolt part # 92014-08020-00. Appreciate all the help i can get also does anyone know where to buy reasonably priced highway pegs and possibly a part number for these also.Thanks, Tony

I have a 2005 RSTD and have been searching everywhere, and probably found the answer, but I am one that needs the answer in plain site.. What is the size of the oil drain plug washer (or gasket as I have seen listed in various parts manuals)? I don't need one right away but would like to keep a few on hand just in case.. I lost the bolt that holds the rear brake caliper bracket to the swing arm. Page F-3 of the service manual Ref #4 Part # 95024-10030-00 Discription- Bolt, Flange I'm sure I can get one at Ace if I can find the size, pitch and tpi. Thanks!

Thanks to Golf&Venture for the fantastic looking Venture Patches. Large one is 14" and is very nicely detailed. Great price too. DVD for size relationship in picture. Hello all, I have a 2004 RSV and I really want a windshield with a vent. I am very short at 5'6" and I'm tired of windshields that are so tall (for me). My wife is the same size I am, Do you think she would still be protected from head buffeting with the medium clearview. Does anyone have this size with a passenger. This shield is 3" shorter than stock, but 4" wider.

Has anyone put two Ventures in a trailer, ( I know what ashame) Enclosed that is . What size did you get them to go in ? Im looking for a new trailer . Not to big . The title should be Hauling two Ventures .

What did you use to drive in the bushing and seal? I can't find a PVC pipe the proper size and I'd hate to sink $40+ into a tool that I'm only going to use once. -
i added the saddlebag side rails trim and had to remove the side reflector from the crash bar is there a replacement for the smaller size bars or someother type that can be added. thanks for replies

I'm looking at some new tires for my RSV. I've found a Dunlop 404 for the rear and the size says 150/90B15 H74. I'm not sure what the "B" stand for? I also found a 404 for the front and the size does not have the "B" in it.

I asked my local Stealer to check on the Dunlop Elite 3' for my 09' venture, they said that Elite 3's didn't have size for the Venture. So is there a different size listed for that tire, for the Venture?? What am I missing ? besides the usual IQ stuff. My Factory Rear tire is done at 6200 miles,, I keep it at correct press, etc... no burnouts Thanks Vern

Ok, my old HHH Wellington boots that I ride with are about worn out and leaking after about 12 years of rideing use. So. I recently purchaced a pair of " Ariat, Ironside H20 work boots " Which basicly look like Cowboy boots. However you can get them in Wide, and Double wide size. ( EE width ). !!!!! I stopped in at the Cabela's store in Olympia Wa. a few months ago to check them out. They did not carry the EE width in store , so I had to mail order them. However I was very inpressed with the Insoles, and the soft leather. 1/2 sizes , and EE up to size 12. So whats the big deal here ?? OK, if you happen to be one of those--- UN- lucky--- folks who needs EE OR EEE width Boots, you will understand how hard it is to find a comfortable " boot " that fits !!! I normaly buy size 10 1/2 EEE shoes when I can find them. In this case I ordered size 11 EE. They arrived UPS, and wa la, they fit !!! I have been wearing them for 8 hours at a time for break in and so far, they are fantastic. Very comfortable, and flexable. Also, they have a feature to allow better entry of the heal when putting them on. If you need a pair of boots, I highly reccomend finding a dealer, and checking out the Ariat Line of Boots. ( You can find them in Cabela's On Line store, price $179.95, not cheap, but I feel they are worth every penny !!!! ) I can honestly say that this is the first pair of " New Boots " that I put on and was able to wear and walk in comfortably the first day out of the box !!

I apologize if I'm stepping on Larry's toes, I don't mean to. The fact is though, I was just discussing this with my wife last weekend that it may be time to place another mug order. I've ordered these twice over the past few years. I think I bought 100 the first time and 72 the second time. These are nowhere near as cheap as what Larry has found though so if you are looking for something less expensive, the ones he found will certainly be a better choice for you. I tell you though, I am a BIG coffee drinker and can tell you for a fact that I have NEVER had a better mug than these JoeMo mugs. The original ones that I got were 12 oz. size. They now have one in a 16 oz. size and it also comes with a tea basket which was requested but not available for the small mugs that I purchased. Anyway, if there is enough interest for another order, I'll get some pricing together and report back. For those of you who are newer and didn't see these mugs, here is a picture of what I got before and also a link to the new larger ones that I would use this time. Pretty simple question. Is the gas cap on a 2009 Royal Star Venture the SAME SIZE as a Royal Star Tour Deluxe gas cap...or any other Yamaha's that are the same size as the Venture. Thanks, Wally
