It does an amazing disappearing act when you have two granddaughters (ages 15 and 10) over for the day. And for what that stuff costs, I now know why both of their parents are working. Maybe this belongs in jokes and humor, but I'm not sure it's all that humorous. But, we love 'em!

I had found some parts I needed for my bike on ebay. I made the seller an offer and he accepted my offer. I was waiting for the invoice so I could get him paid and instead he said that someone had "just" offered him more money. Now I do not get my parts and he just sayd it is business. So if you have to deal with ebayer onestopoutlet beware. Shaun

Is there a reason why MONEY isn't offered? You could split the winnings to operating expenses in any percentage you wanted... if you need $400 for the event, then anything over that would be paid out. If it's not illegal, that would be my preference, as that way, you could spend it on whatever you needed, wether it was on a particular "list" or not... Just food for thought... ___________ Far as I can tell searching the internet, giving cash is not against the law for a raffel, as long as you report the winnings "regardless of wether it's a trailer or cash" to our dear IRS. LOL... ____________ Dragonrider, any word yet on the money as a prize? Also noticed It wasn't in the international rally either? When I approached the organizers for that, they said they considered it and rejected it. I'm not trying to stirr something up, besides your ability to generate more funds for this rally. I quit buying gifts for the family long ago and they each get money so that they can buy what they want. Not what I think they want, as I'm not a good guesser... I don't usually participate in raffels as I don't want or need a trailer, laptop etc... On the other hand, money is the Universal Language

I messed up and bought a Bushtec Roadmaster Trailer. Don't get me wrong, the trailer is outstanding and worth every penny, but I wonder if I should've bought a side car instead. I have bad hips and realize that holding up our bike with our combined 400lbs is getting to be an issue. Since a Trike conversion is sooo expensive, I was thinking that if I had bought a sidecar rather than a trailer, I would've been better off for close to the same money. I could've hauled our extra luggage on long trips in the sidecar AND been able to take a 3rd passenger on short cruises! So, do you agree? Did I mess up?

I do a lot of online ordering and usually do not think twice about where I get something from, but I got to say I am quite impressed with this supplier. On a late Sunday they were able to cancel an order, I had changed my mind about, promptly and I had my money refunded back into my Paypal account. No hassle, no questions, just fantastic service. I will be using them again, and again in the future!!

This year July has 5 fridays ,5 saturdays and 5 Sundays. This apparently happens once every 823 years. This is called money bags. So send this on and money will arrive in 5 days. Based on chinese feng shui the one who does not pass this on will have money troubles for the rest of the year...

Well I will be leaving here on the 2nd of Feb to start the process of heading back to the sandbox for another year.The company offered me alot more money to do a second year so its off again.Sorry if I didnt get to see some of you while I was home.I didnt plan this but it has come down to money and the lack of it here so I am going to do one more year and I told them not to contact me again after this tour because I wont go back again.Sorry for leaving the family to put up with Mini but I cant take her with me See ya all when I get back Jeff

Ok, yes its poor mainentance, but I've just got the old brake pads out from the rear wheel to find the left one is metal on metal, Ouch, right one is not much better. The caliper pistons are reluctant to go back and the repair kit here in the UK is crazy money. I have'nt tried really hard to get them back as I will need to clean them first. Anyone got any ideas?

My dad died last April, and we just received an facebook message for a Barr D.P. Lare that he ahd a lot of money stashed that could be recovered!!!! Doesnt exist and is a big scam... please beware if you are in this situation!!!

I started this project for my son. I drug the ski back from knoxville to work on over the winter. Let me tell you, working on this piece of crap is much harder than working on the venture. I'll think about that next time before I volunteer to fix this money pit again!!

Under the front left carb the "rubber" "intake manifold" seems to have a crack. This looks like it will be a very ugly switch. I have looked in the online manuals and parts fieshs I could find and it seems this part is not pictured. So what is it called and how do I get knew ones.... should I change all 4 if I am going to take all of it apart or is it repairable?

Went on the Make A. Difference ride this morning. It's an annual ride to raise money for our local spinal and rehabilitation hospital. nice way to pay back for the care they gave me on several occasions. Got to take one of the nurses for a ride to a motorcycle festival in a country town. This town is recovering after deverstating bush fires, so nice to be able to inject some money into their local economy...and raise some at the same time

Dear Mr. Harper ( or Mr. Obama) , Please find below my suggestion for fixing our economy. Instead of giving billions of dollars to banks and car companies, that will squander the money on lavish parties and unearned bonuses, use the following plan: There are about 20 million people over 50 in the work force. Pay them $1 million apiece severance for early retirement with the following stipulations: 1) They MUST retire. Twenty million job openings - Unemployment fixed. 2) They MUST buy a new Canadian CAR. Twenty million cars ordered - Auto Industry fixed. 3) They MUST either buy a house or pay off their mortgage - Housing Crisis fixed. 4) They MUST send their kids to school / college /university - Crime Rate fixed. 5) Buy $50 of alcohol / tobacco / petrol a week - There's your money back in duty / tax etc. It can't get any easier than that! Hello I am new here and do not currently own a RSV....but am looking to buy one. Do the 1999-2010 RSV have a rev limiter? I thought that you could only get a rev limiter on a fuel injected bike. I guess if the limiter is hooked to the ignition then it is possible. Please let me know about this.....It would save me alot of money not having to buy a 250.00 tach set-up. I know that ancestry.com has been around for a long time. I have never tried it and never really had any interest in such things until recently. I'm thinking now that it might be fun to at least see if I can trace the family tree back a little ways. Has anybody used them and are they worth the money?

I will start restoring my 88 in about 3-4 weeks. I am going to need, at the very least, the faring...both sides and dash panels. I need to know what years will fit? Anyone here have them, i'd just as soon spend my money here.

okay I did the dual firestick antenna modification. I really like the look. I live probably 220 miles from the nearest CB shop that I know of. When I go on line to look for a SWR meter to tune my CB antenna myself I see them priced from very low to very high. Since it isn't something I will use much after the one time I don't want to spend alot of money. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what make and model to buy without spending a bunch of money or should I just wait until I can make a trip to the nearest CB shop and let them do it. Norm
