I second that Statement !! He was i wise Man and a Lot of People should read his Statements and live up to them. Talking about a real Change ... I'd like to tell you what i've done this Year, being in Work since Jan., 12. ... I spend 4 out of 5 Days last Week evaluating a new Software (the old Manufacturer went out of Business because he couldn't stand the new Requirements anymore) for calculating Wage Accounting and Personnel Administration and for bringing the adminstrational Acts from 2008 to an End. This Week is spent 1.5 Days on bringing up the chosen Software to needed Data and process the Governmental Requirements. It will be another Day this Week before i'm done. Working for the Company i own and run ??? You can figure the Rest of the Time on your own.

Sorry, if there is Air in Clutch Line, the Clutch won't disengage like it should, but no Slippage occurs. I think the Fuel Jets in the Carb Bowl are clogged, especially the Pilot Circuit which are in charge at the RpM to 2.5 k are very tiny Holes and are easily plugged.- 23 replies

There is nothing to equalize from Road Speed to Engine Rpm or the other Way around. What you describe is helping the Tranny to synchronize different RpM of the Tranny Gears without causing to much wear on the Tips of the Gears or the Synchronizing Rings in a standard Automobile Tranny. But we have no automobile Tranny here. All Gears on both Shafts are meshed all the Time. There are Dogs on the Side of each Gear which transfer Engine Load to the Gear Set selected. When you shift from one Gear to another the Shift Forks simply move one Gear out of Dog Connection and engage another Gear Sets Dogs. This is called a Cassette Transmission. So, because all gears are meshed all the Time, there is no need to synchronize RpM Differences and therefore nothing is gained when blipping the Throttle. The Consumption will suffer not only a bit, because every Time you blip the Throttle, there's a huge Amount of Fuel sucked into the Engine. To test this, just connect a Fuel Bottle to the Bike while synchronizing the Carbs. You won't believe the Consumption you will see. I agree on your last Sentence.

And a worse Fuel Consumption. While i agree, a blip on the Throttle makes me feel going easier on the Tranny, from the pure technical Point of View, it's not necessary. It's a bad Habit, easy to learn and very hard to lose.

I have no Expirience with such extended Bars, but from my Point of View, I wouldn't trust those looooong Extensions. There's too much Leverage involved and if one of the Pinch Bolts let go .... OUUUUUCH !!!! There's a big Chance you won't complain to the Manufacturer, because you can not, anymore. Handlebar is an Safety Issue and i wouldn't take any Chances in these Matters.
-
Randy, that's because the FZ1 is "whimped out" YZF-R1. The R1 has a similar Setup as a GSX-R. With an other upper Fork Yoke you can mount a normal Handle Bar to every Sportsbike and ride a little more upright.

I cannot speak about the Helmet in Question here. But when did you have had your last Class about Helmets in general and Full Face Helmets especially ? Your Comments about the Properties of a Helmet are at least 10 Years old and need to be updated. I agree of the Weight of that Helmet is too heavy with almost 2000 Gramm. But other than this, Technology and Research made some Improvement in the last Decade. I think the Noise created by Wind and Speed aren't any higher than the Sound of Willie Nelson or any other Tune blarring out of the Speakers. Of Course, riding behind a big Screen will cause some Noise or Buffeting but this normal and you can't blame an specific Helmet to be noisy, while other Brands or Models are not when used by the same Rider.

As long as you can keep them Geese out of the Engines of your Lawn Mower, go ahead and start complaining !!!:bowdown: But don't expect us Winter Casualties to feel pity fer ya :crackup::crackup:

Lynn this is WiFi Stick for connecting the WiFi Device(the Stick) via USB Port to the Computer. This Setup with a USB Extension Cord and Thing makes up a basic Parabolic Antenna. This boosts the availble Range for the WiFi Signal. This won't work with a integrated WiFi Antenna.

Hey jt, good to read a Post from you. Iwas wondering lately about how how you're doing. Hang in there, better Times will come. Yes, it takes Time to come along and we all know what's running you inside, but like the others said. We are here for ya. Keep you Head up and chime in once or twice. It isn't wrong to catch a Laugh or two once in a while, it will will make you feel better.

The Ghostrider is riding in Sweden. Actually this is one of the tamest Videos i've seen from him. He used to mock Police by doing some Burnouts in front of the Police Station or running on small Streets until he finds a Patrol Car. Then he stirs up more and more Cars until the Road behind him is covered like the High Speed Chase in the End of Blues Brothers. But Folks, don't believe the Speeds posted. If you're used to do high Speed Riding, you will compare your Expirience in Terms of how fast the Landscape is passing by with the Speeds in the Video and find it won't fit. You will find there is around 50 mph Difference. They have to change the Gear Ratio on the Turbo Busas heavily or the Bike just will jump into your Face when applying any Amount of Throttle. Somebody should tell him about an Item called Speedo Healer. But other than this, i admire his riding Skills. And i think a Lot of his Vids are partly staged. Except of the Police Cars, they never caught him.

I actually WAS talking about the TV-Series  Monty Phyton is fine for me also. Always look on the bright Side of Life ....

Take a Look at the Map ... http://maps.google.de/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=La+Guardia+Airport&daddr=W+51st+St&hl=de&geocode=%3BFeQPbgIdcueW-w&mra=ls&sll=40.765835,-73.99189&sspn=0.009491,0.022745&ie=UTF8&ll=40.754825,-73.93327&spn=0.303761,0.727844&t=h&z=11 Premliminary Cause .... Geeses !!! That was good Luck and obviously a good Pilot. If he wouldn't have managed to get into the River .... How many Lives would have been lost ? If i'd be on that Flight, i'd buy a Lot of Lottery Tickets now !!!

It seems they got it on a Hook, otherwise it would have been submerged by now. I've seen most Parts sticking out of the Water when i posted the Link.

Carl, this IS a Dutch Man bringing his 2009 Vmax into the Living Room. Take a Look at the License Plate and hear what they say. If you're onto a Party at his Place, i can make you a Contact. Oh, i think there's a Lot of Learning into that Video. I don't want to go into the Details deeper, but at least you can see how it's done, not getting stuck inbetween the Door Posts. Granted your Ramp was a little bit more difficult, but other than this HIS Move went smooth as Silk. Carpet or Wooden Floor makes no Difference at all. :rotf:

Your Carbs need a complete and thorough Cleanning Job. Working aorund them will not help in any Way. Just tackle the Job and clean them, especially all Jets inside the Floater Bowls.
