    I don't like the Carbtune either. I had a Rod on the CarbTune sticking/dragging on a Friend's Set. Ruined my Day. I just don't trust the Carbtune anymore. A Set of four Vacuum Dial Gauges works fine for for me since Years.

    I was at a big Streetfighter Meeting three Years ago. (Streetfighter stands for a Type of Motorcycle, mostly stripped down and heavily modified Crotch Rockets and a Sort of Lifestyle which doesn't contain any Fighting other than fighting heavy Doses of adult Drinks). Doing Burnouts and Donuts is an Art and those Folks managed to ruin 17,000 Tires from Friday afternoon til Sunday Evening. I can't explain it, but it's FUN !! !! There were 3 Guys running the Tire Changers and they brought all the used Tires with them. Charged 10 Euros per Mount and Tire. It's an unbelievable Show, 3 Bikes inside the Burnout Cage, two Fire Breathers flaming their Rubber Spitting rear Tires. There are special Built Vehicles from big Streetfighter Clubs which have a Fuel Injection Port in the Exhaust an throw Flames 10 to 15 Meter wide. It's just crazy and Fun. On an other Event, they have a Burnout Cage which is 3 Floors high. There are allways 8 or 10 Bikes in the Cage throwing Rubber all over the Place, the whole Weekend. Just FUN at it's best. But i don't think anybody could explain this to a rational thinking, non understanding Person.

    There should be next to nothing in Vibration. Something is not right with your Bike. Pressure in the Shock, Carbs out of synch, loose Bolts all good Suggestions and starting Points.

    Pull the Shaft out of the Pumpkin and insert it the Shaft into the U-Joint first. Once you got the Shaft in proper Position, just mount the Pumpkin. Watch out for the small Spring between Shaft and the Pin on the final Drive.

    I think he might need to enrich the upper End to get the Air/Fuel Ratio right. And i believe this Thing cost him 4-8 hp, due the Size of the Thing, or better said, the Lack thereof.

    I'd be a bit concerned about Exhaust and Fuel Fumes. They tend to stay exactly where you do not want them, on other Places they are gone within Minutes. Camp or not.

    My Question would be, straight Pipe, that means no Exhaust Can, just a plain 2 Inch Pipe ?? Or is it a Can without any Baffles ? If so, post up the Manufacturer and we will figure it out.

    I don't think i've seen a Ground Wire on a Main Switch ever. Except for lightening the Top of the Switch or the Keyway on a Honda Years ago. I have not seen a Warrior, but i doubt they need a Ground or Black Wire at the Main Switch. To find the Culprit on your Bike, wire a DMM in DC Mode and selected for reading Current into the ground Wire between Battery Post and Cable. Undo all Fuses and then watch the DMM while inserting them one after another. You should be able to see the Current rising massively with that Drain Rate on your Bike. Now that you find the the Fuse you can check the Circuits related to the Fuse and one by one narrow that Creep down.

I refrained from drinking warm Beer tonight, as we had a wonderful 4 Course Christmas Meal with a Friend at our House and even took a Cigar and some fine Single Malt after the Coffee. Now, after a somehow very bad Year, it seems to smooth out just before getting the new Year started.     Sounds like your on your Way to intense cleaning of the Carbs. Take them off, tear them completely apart and clean them up. Best way would be a ultrasonic Cleaner. Check the Diaphragm, reassemble everything, mount them and after balancing them, your good to go another 5 Years or 50,000 mls.

I realy don't know how to implement that. But it seems to work at least with Town or Zipcode.

    When you were young ?? Ok, growing old is mandatory ... But why stop to hear good Music ?? This is the Music of my Youth and i'm sticking to it. Well Sort of .... This was the Age were Musicans where able to make Music even without Electricity, unplugged as it's called nowadays. They were able to "hand craft" their Art, Music, so to speak, a very rare Art in today's Pop Culture, when you ask me.

    There always will be "someone filthy rich" .... since that wouldn't be me under any Circumstances, i don't care about it. Although i basically agree, too cheap Fuel is a big Part of our recent and upcoming Problem. If it's expensive, People stay on their Toes and try to work out Plans in lowering their Costs. Building Insulation, electric Cars, Photovoltaic where the Sun shines and on and on ... New Technology is invented, but can't explore when nobody is investing nor buying such Things. I'm not talking about stupid green Ideology but basic plain use of human Brain and making better use of all the Resources. During the high Oil Price they found a Lot of new Oil deep under Ground in off shore Brasil and in Russia, at the low Price we see now, there is no Way they will going to start getting that up, the Costs are simply too high. Canada has a LOT of Oil Sand, processing Cost are high and uneconomical at recent Times. And on and on ...

    and i don't see an Option for, have bought but not wrapped in at the Moment and finally not under the Tree because the Tree traditionally is set up on 24th !!
