We have call display that even shows up on the TV ... if it's a number we don't recognize or it's not from someone we know, we don't even bother getting up off the couch .... just keep on watching whatever program is on. Dang!!... gotta love technology!

WHY does the CRTC page come up in FRENCH first? I've seen this with other Canadian sites as well. ENGLISH is our FIRST language and not only that, it is the INTERNATIONAL language. This really P***es me off! oh... btw, thanks for posting that.

We whine and complain when our internet pages aren't loading as fast as we think they should ... but I can remember whining about the slowness of my 300 baud modem and replacing it with a 1200 baud .... which was blazing fast... for a while... and then I was whining about it... which soon got replaced with a 2400 baud.... some things change... others don't LOL

What more can I say that hasn't already been said? Well, I'll tell you... Just because you don't ride a Venture (like me anymore), there's a whole lot more here than information about Ventures. There are FRIENDS and relationships here that I've made and even though I don't have a Venture in common, there are a lot of other things that will keep me here, as an active member, even though I have to go in the poor house to stay here. Now, if what the others have said doesn't make you feel guilty and stick around, maybe my words will.... ..and who knows, the way things are going we might even wind up having a special section for Victory ... after all, it does start with a "V" ...

Didn't need to go to any auction to get this ... [ATTACH]62235[/ATTACH] Guy that lives in our basement suite is moving out and he just gave it to me.... and I then gave it to our daughter Tiffany. From what I can find out, they are hand-made Italian bikes from the 80's and currently worth (used) $400-$600

Many of us swear by WD-40 although not originally desinged as a penetrant, it does have those qualities. Moreover, it won't hurt rubber or plastic (for the most part). It's original intended purpose was to act as a moisture repellant. Good info here though.
