You can force your browser to clear your temp files automatically each time you exit it. There are a couple settings in IE that everyone should consider setting ... and they are; First, go into Tools | Internet Options Where it says "Browsing History", click on Settings In there (Temporary Internet files and History Settings), select "Every time I visit the web page" Click OK and then go to the Advanced tab Scroll down to the Security section Check the box for "Empty temporary internet files folder when browser is closed" Click OK until you are out, close and re-open IE

This may work but not necessarilly. I have experienced the same issue with vids and it doesn't matter if they are youtube or from some other place. In my case it is intermittent so I just chalk it up to high server load or high traffic load over the "pipe" that the vid is travelling on. If it's bogging down at 1PM, then go back at 2 or 3 PM and see if it's any different.

Now that is ridiculous!!

Well now, I think it's about time we heard from the guys who've jumped ship (Venture to Harley) and like the HD better ...

Second gen trailer hitch
SilvrT replied to BARKEEP1956's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
on that hitch ! -
I'm sure there is something for that but I'd suggest it probably requires some fancy expensive hardware device. Did you try Googling ?? I Google everything and usually find an answer LOL what did we ever do before computers, the internet, and Google ???

ummmm 8mm from a camcorder?? or some other form of 8mm ... or am I getting mixed up as I thought those old camcorders were 8mm...? In any event, I transferred direct from my old camcorder to the computer, the software converted it to digital and then burned it to a DVD.

Happy Holidays !! ... oh what the heck ... MERRY CHRISTMAS too ! ... and that goes out to all here on the site.

Yes, there is a package you can get for under $100 which has the software and necessary cabling. I did that with my 8mm movies a couple years ago. Sorry, can't recall the name of the stuff but I have it at home and can get back to you. It is a time consuming process tho but it works real well. ahhhh... here's the one I got... http://www.roxio.com/enu/products/easy-vhs-to-dvd/standard/overview.html

Well, after a week of training, they left Ft Lauderdale on Friday evening, heading for the Virgin Islands. They will be docking here... http://www.yachthavengrande.com/ which is in St. Thomas. Evidently a lot of their "down time" will be spent there.... poor kids ... I feel so sorry for them LOL They are about 1/2 day out from Yacht Haven and it sounds like they encountered some pretty rough seas enroute. Quite the "initiation" apparently.

Vance and Hines Monster Oval slip on exhaust
SilvrT replied to doug223's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
These might help for the brackets. I made my own out of a piece of 2" flat aluminum. http://venturerider.org/forum/showpost.php?p=112227&postcount=7 http://venturerider.org/forum/showpost.php?p=112976&postcount=8 -
Now why would that be? Heck, I'm already married to one ... two of them would be the death of me!

Look inside the muffler and see if there is something restricting it from sliding all the way. I've heard of this before with other pipes having a little "lip" inside. Other thing is they might need to be "expanded" a bit with a pipe expander. Other than that, they should fit much the same as the RK slip-ons I would think. -
I watched the vid ... quite funny alright but I still can't stand the guy .... I think it has something to do with his HAIR !!
