No BS here just give you and honest review. We purchased our 07 rsmv spring of 2011 and have put about 6,000 miles on it so far and made our first long trip to Tn. in Oct. we always ride two up and installed a show chrome short wide not long after our purchase it does and ok job looks good on the bike but the wife complains about more wind now and I don't care for the way it sheds water. Our funds are limited as we have spent a lot just getting a bike and needed gear so were pretty much stuck with what we have for a windshield. Would love to try one of your vented shields as the heat and drought here in Arkansas and Texas made riding unbearable this summer. Will give it a good test this spring on our trip to Charleston SC. and hope that the vent will add some relief this summer so we may ride more. Riding is the one thing as a couple we truly cherish doing together it's our time together to get away from it all and just be a couple again. Thank you for offering this to our site there are a lot of great people here and anyone here would appreciate this kind gesture. Good luck to all. Thank you for your consideration. Vincent

I have three Load Cells on my truck but I don't think they will help you. Have you considered going to a set of truck scales or public scales "CAT" cost you about $8 bucks. You can pull the front tire on and get a weight, whole bike with and without rider or riders, pull off and leave rear wheel on scale etc... not sure where you live but a lot of sawmills, feed mills, and rock quarries have scales and would probably do it for nothing just go in and talk to the scaler and tell them what you need.

Didn't miss it just didn't acknowledge it besides real men aren't afraid of a little Pink

I can see your point now with more information but the opinions you received were just that and based on the information you gave and were not intended as any reflection on you. I have been in the contractors shoes as well as yours when it comes to repairs and based my opinion solely on the information presented. In light of what you have said IMHO sounds like the delivery guy might have took a short cut good luck getting this resolved to your satisfaction.

Sounds like you must have paid some money up front for materials if this is the case it also sounds like you must have gotten a good price on the job. A job you yourself said was well done. You might have paid more money for a contractor that did the job turn key then handed you a bill, he also may or may not have had a conveyer to put the materials on the roof from your driveway. If he did you a good job and cleaned up his mess ( old materials nails trash etc...) Give him a break like others said those shingles or whatever were not going to fly up there. Kinda like building a garage and not expecting an 8 to 10 yard mixer truck to not leave ruts or break your driveway its got to get there somehow. After all its is December not the hot dry summer.
