I did mine 5 years ago.. I roughed up the affected area and it bonded real well. But now,the whole patch is seperating and starting to lift off... Looks like another winter project..... -
Yep,little tight getting it in,but very comfy... I think next time I'll just roll it up in the tent....lol Here's a few pics we took......

Shari and I got home about 9pm..Rode to Wildcat State Park with Scooter Bob and Karen and then stopped by some friends in the Dells on the way home. Orlin and Sharon,you really put on a heck of a weekend.... The venision stew was awesome... Thanks for having us over and hooking me up with the parts..... It sure was nice to meet some new folks,as well as old friends....

I hope you have your doubles endorsment.... I'm in state,deliver in the morning and haul a** for the house.. Shari works a 13 hour shift friday,so we'll head out at the butt crack of dawn on saturday.

Well,I'm making progress.. Finished delivering in Boston and Cape Cod tuesday morning and I'm sitting in Lansing Michigan waiting to unload in the morning... Looks to be a hot weekend.....

Well,it seems that Shari decided to have a Venture M&E at the house while I'm on the west coast..:bang head: Scooter Bob and Lady Firefighter showed up and then A1Bummer came over.... The neighborhood will never be the same.... I should have locked up all my 1st Gen parts...... Their probobly having a rummage sale..... Sorry I missed you guys...... See ya in a couple of weeks at Wisconsin MD....

Just for those of you wondering about Eagleye,Steve, he is fine..... I talked to him today and is doing well and enjoying retirement....... He just decided to take a step back from all the forums and spend more time fishing and whatever else he feels like doing...lol He said thanks for everybody's concern.... He said he would try to make it down to Wisconsin MD.......Hope he does........

Truth be told,I look at price like everyone else.. But what's more important to me is "How old is the tire"???????? That's why I buy all my tires from J-P Cycles,where I can examine the tires and get fresh tires all the time,when I'm coming thru the area.... I might pay a couple of bucks more,but I can verify the dates before I buy and then take them with me...Just my .02................................................. -
