  1. Does anyone have the link that shows plans to make this lift?????
  2. No sweat Condor.....They will look real good under the Xmas tree..:rotf: It was 88 degrees here today,so the riding season is still going strong...I am working on getting a motorcycle lift to do all my work this winter,so I got time.. Thanks again for setting this up..
  3. That is so awesome!!!!!!!! I just bought my 10 year old his 1st compound bow and can't wait to take him hunting in 2 years....
  4. Not having experience and being a truck driving school grad,I think your options are going to be limited. Most companies want 1 to 5 years experience due to their insurance requirements...Some companies will take you on as a trainee and that will help you get some experience, but the pay is pretty lousy. You are going to have to pay your dues somewhere to get the seat time. Then after a year or so,you should be able to upgrade yourself..This means you might have to run OTR for the first year.. Check out Roehl Transport Marshfield,Wi. I know they offer a training program and if the school you attended is on their accredited list you might be able to bypass the training part..They offer a 7 on/7off deal where 3 drivers share 2 trucks. You have to slipseat, but this might work for you.I have not heard anything bad about this company....There is a member on this site that lives in Michigan and drives for them.I hope he sees this thread and chimes in because I forgot his name...CRS kicks in from time to time....
  5. This seems to be a duplication of what is already on this site.Anytime I run into a Venture Rider,I give them the website address and they can check it out at their leisure..Seems to me like alot of extra work... Having said that,Don if you decide to go for it,I will volunteer my wife Shari to do some of the typing.....:whistling:
  6. I put one on from Drag Specialties.Looks like it was made for it.I got it for Xmas from my sister in law.I think she said she got it at a Honda dealer..
  7. Ask away,I have been beating my butt down the road for 28 years.
  8. Brad,That's great news. Here's to a speedy recovery.....
  9. Works for me....We will be a**hole deep in snow before I get to putting them on anyway.....Thanks
  10. Been offline for awhile...Just getting caught back up.Real sorry to hear about your wreck.Shari and I send our well wishes for a speedy recovery.
  11. I sanded mine down on the inside and fiberglassed it.On one big crack,I did a second layer of glass. It has held up for two years and 25,000 miles. You can then paint it or leave it that way,so you can watch for any signs of recracking..
  12. I'm going to do mine when the riding season is over...I'm going to lift the front end with a chain hoist so it's a little easier to weld it back together....
  13. Check goes out in the mail tommorrow..... Are you guys getting the gaskets from Yamaha or elsewhere??? Thanks for doing this....
  14. Condor,Do you want the check made out to you or to cast-aways???
  15. Condor,I will also take a set. Thanks
  16. After reading the great article on how to fix the "H" pipe baffle rattle,I'm wondering if any one has tried this without removing it from the bike???? The only down side that I see is trying to weld it back together while laying on your back. Any thoughts??????????
  17. Condor,do you have any pics? Are they stock looking or what?? I assume they will fit a '87..... Thanks
