This happend to me 5 years ago, went CRAZY, only could ride with the cap off to get home. vent was rusted closed. could not get any type of wire through it. so I took a chance and very carefully bent the vent strieght up and then took a 16th size drill bit and drilled a new hole down the vent tube. then bent the vent tube back in place it has never been a problem since. the vent tube seems to be very strong. with a little larger size hole in it now I guess I could get a wire through it with out a proplem now. but the size that is in it from the factory was way to small to put anything through it and with the rust and the curve it was impossable. Warning:: I had the tank off the bike ,,, drianed and it sat for about a week before I did any drilling. also used compressed air to make sure all of the gas was removed and no fumes. I also tried all of the above and even had a tube to the vent with carb cleaner to the vent for about 3 days nothing would clear it out. feel free to call me about this. Good Luck, Jeff

I just changed out my older tail lights on my piggy to LED's and they work fine. I also had (2) bad converters when I first started this way back when.

They WILL make it right no matter what. I had a trunk lid after the first year warp on my a bit they repainted a new one and shipped it right out to me. great ever since. they were having some bad reason issues they year for the trunk lids, even the goldwings had it happen as well.

my rims looked great after 3 years of ride-on in them. I think you might have put to much in. and it does work. just my 2 cents. I use it in all my cars as well. great stuff

I have been going to the ear doc for a year now. (wanting earing aids) I even had tubes put back in. helped a little. but hearing aids will not help me.....he says , as the problem is that the bone structure of my ears are deteriorating to much. way to much loud rock and roll in the day when there was no decibel level laws. good luck to you ! I believe it is under the right side cover. you should see the plug-in's for it in there. -
:scratchchin:Yeah, that would be kinda fast *LOL* I meant 32 Hundred rpm
-
32 thousand RPM I have a tach so that really helps me.. anymore I just keep my rpm's above that and there is no whine. bike runs much better anyways at the higher RPM's took me a long time to stay out of 5th gear. no need to go there unless your doing 70 plus.
-
none, there just shaved a bit different. I am not getting my hopes up about the Vmax yet until he has at least 4K on.. I am on my 7th Basket now. this last one seems to be pretty good though...... If you guys just run the bike over 32K you will not hear the whine.

Seems to me that Bikes to Trikes should be removed from Hannigans Installer list. Makes them look bad. This should not have happend to you , sorry you had to go thru all this mess. even sounds like they can't even put it together right.

I can not find it sorry.

Lemme look when I get home, you can have the whole engine if it is still laying around. I am usually flying much larger stuff these days. Jeff

I believe I had to remove the anit-freeze over flow tank and it is pretty easy from what I can remember. I take you you do not have a repair manual? Don might be right as I also do not have the AIS anymore maybe that is why it was so easy?
