    on my 83 when mytci went bad. i just pulled the wires out an up the left side. wires are long enough just. the tci sits on the air box you have to cut off the ears, tabs. to get cover back on. PA RIDER.

    .]You do need the boards. But you need the brake peddle and shifter link, ECT. To makethem work. I have boards on my 83. LOVE THEM.! PA RIDER.

    I punched ./ mine out with a piece of 3/4 rebar. much better sound. not loud. She sounds goood about 5.k. !! big hammer--- an done.!! There are 3 ? plates to go through. PA RIDER.

    Pappa Bear. You take off the turn signals, look in side, you will see the nuts that hold the speaker. Speaker sits on top of fairing. pull up on black grill. PA RIDER.
