    ITs an Age thing. :rasberry: :rotf: Don't know but I have never had the bike down because something broke on it. Just the customizing that make it mine. I'm gettin tired of rentin cars so if you decide you want to let one go cheap let me know.

    I think I remember pulling the grills. Seem like there was a small philips holding them in also. But like Don,Its been a really long time and don't recall.

    Not on the Venture Jim. Did you remove the wheel? Did you get all the clips back in? The reason I ask is I don't remember ever having to fight to keep the pads on the caliper after pushing the plungers all the way back in

    Nope. You would have to have a bluetooth device wired to the bike to pair the headset with. I think J&M is coming out with something and I seem to remember a Kennedy cell set also.

    Same things. Adjure is the manf as far as I can tell. They have a very thick front (1/2") so they probably won't fit in the Yamaha housings. I kept watching ebay and got the pair for 80 if I remember right. Just the lamp,no housing. I saw a couple of spotlamps on ebay but not any headlights today. http://store.adjureinc.com/t40700.html

    The black dots are not the actual bulbs. I use piaa's in the 4.5 and put an HID with hi/low bi-xenon in the 7 inch. The black dots are just a style. I got them off ebay for 70 a pair for just the lense. http://store.adjureinc.com/412.html

    Those paticular ones only come as a complete housing and lamp. They only fit in that housing. Saw them at Hollister one year and bought a pair. I figured it was just cheaper and easier to buy one set and be done with it. If you look at the last photo though you see I went to Adjure black dots. All 3 had to be gooped in to secure them but I like the beam pattern better. I also had to grind down some tabs in the 4.5s to get the Adjures in the housing. Going to 3 headlights is the best thing I ever did for night riding. When I hit the hi-beam I can see for a LOOOONG way.

    That was me Lynn. I used some 4.5 inch headlights from Revenge Cycle. They run about 100 each. And a couple of relays and your ready to go. I'll see if I can find the info tonight. Does your bike use the same basic setup for tha passing lamps as the venture?

    Fins on my Silver 05 are blacked out also. I think they stopped putting non-painted ones on in 04
