Don, The thank you goes to You, Eileen, and Dylan for letting us all show up at your house whenever we want, and then take it over!! You did a great job, and you did as much as you could in the amount of time you had. Also, thank you for being there for Gary!! I know it ment a lot to him, and now he is one step closer to healing. We keep him in our thoughts and prayers daily, but he need more than that! Gary, One step at a time is all you can do. And we are here for you, if you need something....like dinner -
JT, I just read this...sorry I'm late, but better late than never I guess! That is great news that they are not giving up on Jeannie, because all of us are not ready yet either! We will continue to keep her in our thoughts and prayers!! We hope she starts to get a little stronger each day! Please keep the info on her coming, and remember...we are here for you!

Same here JT!! We will continue to keep her in our thoughts and prayers!! Hope all will start to get better for Jeannie! She is better off in the hospital till things get better, I know you both wanted her home, but a belated Birthday is better than none! Our prayers continue for both of you!

OK, I think I have an idea of what kinds of cheesecake I will be making this year. I went shopping and I believe I have just about everyone covered. I think I may have found a way to make a Key Lime cheesecake, so you all will have to try it out and let me know how it turns out! That being said, we will have: Key Lime Plain Chocolate Blueberry Blackberry Cherry Chocolate Rhaspberry Banana Split Earthquake Heath Does that sound ok to ya'll!? It's coming up quick!!!

JT, Home is where she wants to be, the so be it! You both will be more comfortable there! Take the time you have left for some more good memories. And now you have the oppertunity to make that chocolate pudding! And always know that we are here for you, for whatever you need, if it is thoughts, prayers, a shoulder to cry on, a punching bag, or just someone to talk to...we are here for you!!

Here is a little Venturerider history on what we now call meet and eats. Joe MacDonald posted the first one as "Just Lunch" when his brother was coming up to visit him, on his bike. Joe picked a resturant and a time they would be there for every one to meet him. And that turned into a "meet and eat". We try to hold one once a month, depending on what we have going on. It don't have any rules, and it don't have to be all weekend. A meet and eat only needs 2 things....food and someone to meet with. It gives the chance to get to know others in the club. Not always do you need to go for a ride, because sometimes the sitting around and BSing is much more fun!! The next thing is....Don't get discouraged. We had one meet and eat where there were only 4 of us, and then we had some with 20 plus bikes. Not everyone can make them all. You will be surprised how many new people show up each time. My last tip is to try not to structure the thing. Don't let time limits stop you. Just let it take control of the day. If majority wants to go for a ride than so be it. If not, I'm sure you all will have a good time. And once you have been to one, they are addicting!! "Post it, and they will come" Have fun, and be safe!

Ramona, I have a salmon colored rose bush, and it is beautiful! I think you should keep an eye on her yard and see what she comes up with next!! Also, take pics of your front yard for proof of what you have...just in case! If all else fails....string her up!!:rotf:

I was lucky enough to never see a snake when I was in Florida other than at animal kingdom in a cage...put it that way! Todd, around here, that would be a tree that fell across the road!:rotf:

JT. That is GREAT!!! Just keep feeding her that chocolate pudding (sugar free) and whipped cream, and she will be home before you know it!! Maybe when she gets home you can make her some, and if you are good maybe she will share it with you......well....maybe not!
