  1. Yah!! Sore subject! The place we stoped for dinner at after the ride Thursday was supposed to have 'em but didn't..
  2. Just prayed, and will continue to do so!!
  3. Hmmm, good info!! I normally do that out of courtesy and safety considerations but did not know it was a law! PS sorry we weren't back in time for Big Tom's ride. Heard it was a huge success!!
  4. We had an absolutely WONDERFUL time too, Monty and it was great meeting and riding with you!!!
  5. I have to admit, Mike, that this is the first I've heard about it as well. I agree that it sucks that you can't find ANY fuel that is not 10% as opposed to just a year or so ago . The obvious effect is that now you get 10% less fuel economy but the tree huggers are happier about emissions. If you can find any more info on this keep us informed!
  6. Pulled into the driveway at 7:15PM with winds and a cold front chasing us! Everything went absolutely wonderful! Car is unpacked and suitcases are also unpacked and everything is put away. Trike is still on trailer but that will change tomorrow!! Man oh Man, I can't believe I own such a beautiful machine!! Pictures to follow tomorrow sometime...
  7. Yes I did, and what a WONDERFUL time we had, even if we didn't get Frog's legs!! Made it back to KY Rider's place ok around 9:20. Talk about hospitality!!!! Kudos to Bill!!!!!
  8. Welcome aboard!! You will find a lot of activity in Ontario and Western New York!!
  9. I used to like Genny Cream back in the 70's and bought it by the case of "Pounders" which are the 16 oz size. Anyway, to answer your question, probably any "Consumer Beverage" store but you will find it's pretty much the same price anywhere. I only buy good beer now such as Guiness, XX, Corona, etc.
  10. Nah! You got to get up earlier than that, I had it figured out from the title! It should have read the other way around, Yama buys HD...
  11. This has been sooo much fun watching it progress!! For others viewing this thread, I've been privy to seeing it from just the frame with the front forks installed on up...
  12. I was almost expecting to see even worse than it is, but sure is messed up!! Glad you arre in good spirits, much less just plain alive and reasonably well!
  13. If you don't get a response by Monday, PM me and I'll see what I can do for you...
  14. OK after shoping till we dropped yesterday, today we went to the Opryland museum and had a backstage tour of the Grand Ole Opry. After that we went over to the Opry Hotel and toured the gardens. We definately have to stay overnight next summer when we come down to have the floorboards installed on the trike. Sooo, now we are going to mellow out in the room, watch a movie, and sleep. Meeting Scary Larry for coffee tomorrow morning before we head on back to Murray...
  15. Are you talking about the main power plug? Is it coming off the back of the CB unit? If so, you will need to find a junk MK2 wiring harness, and you will also need the niose supressor module but it can be bypassed. Where all the different colored wires go should be listed on that wiring schematic I forwarded to you a while back. If that isn't what you are talking about, then picture, please...
  16. Pictures as soon as it's done, Friday. I wasn't driving my bike...
  17. Here we are all comfy at the Hampton Opryland. What a beautiful room!! They upgraded us to a studio which has a smal kitchen, couch, and large bathrom. We are off to do some shopping at the Opryland Mall then dinner. Anybody in the area we are here until Thursday AM then it's back to Murray KY...

  21. Yes it is, my '09 is undergoing surgery as we speak!
  22. I have never driven a trike before, and found out it's not as simple as it looks! I need to practice the steering in an empty lot for a couple of hours!! I have to fight the urge to lean, and not to put my feet down! It's a whole different world for sure. I'm sure I'll get the hang of it though. Don't have much choice, do I?!!? Had an absolutely wonderful time yesterday! Met KY Rider for the first time along with B2Dad at Hannigans and we had a wonderful bredakfast together later. B2Dad showed us a local bike shop, Pit Bull (some of you may have heard of the Pit Bull lift) and I bought myself a new leather jacket as my old one is getting just that, OLD! Later we spent the afternoon in Paris! Tenessee that is. Helped out the local economy, Becky loves to shop! Met up fod dinner with B@ Mom and Dad, Mr. & Mrs. Monty, and Midnight for an excellent dinner! It's off to Nashville later this morning for a couple of days then back here, hopefully for a little riding Thursday compliments of KY Rider!!
  23. We're a bit west from where you will be, but will be glad to meet up on a weekend with you if I learn how to drive the new trike...
  24. Don't think we will be back in time, Tom...
  25. Ben, you have no idea just how glad and releived we all feel that you are alive! Obviously you are in good spirits and it is good to hear from you, even if sis has to do the typing! Heal fast my friend, and even if you get some other make of bike, once a part of this family here, always a part of the family! Guess you don't need my rear shock any more...
