  3. And the best part is pulling into a parking lot at 30 degrees and laughing at the cagers when they get out and imediatly start complaining that it is freezing. When we are properly dressed we are warmer getting off a bike then they are getting out of a cage. Jeff
  4. 24 miles thats pretty good this time of the year in Wa.I did over 550 yesterday getting info for Mini Muffin so she could finalize the Ashville Family Rally that she is hosting in August. Jeff
  5. Check out the tow-pac insta trike it is the same thing but cheaper than the voyager. http://www.tow-pacinc.com/ Jeff
  6. On my trip to Ashville I just had to stop when I saw the sign.4 Fried tacos for breakfast and a large chocolate shake. At least I thought of you Todd Jeff
  7. Salty the ignition switch bolts have break away heads on them for anti theft.Drill and easy out them to remove then you can replace them with hex head bolts if you want. If you get a new switch bring it to the feb meet and eat that Bildar is hosting and I will change the lock cyl between the switches and you will only need one key. We can change the whole thing out in about 30 mins. Just let me know so I can bring the drill and easy outs with me. Jeff
  8. Brad take the VR Guardian bell off the scoot and make sure you hold on to it maybe make it into a Christmas ornament.I think you used up all of its protective powers. I am glad to know that the two of you came out of this wreck with minor injuries compared to what they could have been. Rest up and take care of each other and remember We All Love you two and are concerned about you. Jeff
  9. I use the fram from advance as well but will only put Castrol motor oil in anything I own. Dont get me started on synthetic oils Jeff
  10. My bike always looks Damn good when I am riding it.:rotf::rotf: Jeff
  11. From what you posted it sounds like you need a First Gen:rotf::rotf: It is possible that when you first started the bike that you flooded one or more of the plugs. That would explain the taking so long for the bike to start running properly. Definatly seafoam the bike and keep an accurate record of the total milage per tank on the bike. That way you will know if the bike is developing a problem over time. I get better fuel milage in the cold weather than I do in the warm weather until they start with the wintertime fuel mix's then the milage goes way down. Jeff
  12. You really want to know? Ill tell you Dan I rode home with Mini after the meet and eat monday night and back out here yesterday in her car.Got out of the car and on the Blonde it was in the mid 30s during the day and a warm 21 at midnight last night when I rode back to my Rv everyone at the airport has now decided that I a Knuts and the people at wally world wanted to know if I had heated gear when I said No they wanted to give me a ride home when I said no the cashier looked at me and said I was crazy. Jeff
  18. Ok some of you may have wondered about the Orange shirts from the end of the year M&E here is the link that you can use to get your own. There is a minimum order for some shirts like the ones we had on.We ordered a total of 7 mens with pockets 1 kids and 4 for the ladies at one time so the minimum was no problem for our order. So if you want a shirt that requires a minimum get together with the members in your area and get around the minimum that way. I am not available to order the shirt through so dont waist the time to ask Sorry but I am working alot. Here is the link for the design you pick the shirts you want in the size you want. http://www.customink.com/designs/family2/7024646-1288878 Jeff
