I had almost that same drive train in a '71 Super Cheyenne truck. Loved that truck and wish I had it back. It also had hooker headers, 650 Holley and shift kit. 350 bored to 383, 202 straight port heads, aluminum medium high rise intake. Sort of hard to tell with this picture but it was a short/wide bed. It also had the factory tilt wheel and factory tach in the dash.

My wife bought me a Tom Tom 2 for Christmas. It is bluetooth output only, no audio out jack. I ended up taking it back and replacing it with the 550. Other than the audio out jack, it was a nice unit.

Arm rest parts search

I could pick them up for you. I get all over Ohio. -
Yea, here is the link to the other one. http://www.jwww.com/razor/

Thanks for the heads up. I deleted that one.

OK...I'm NOT a girl BUT...I think that's a good looking little bike but one that you might outgrow very quickly. Honda made a 450 Rebel for about 3 years back in the mid eighties, it was a really nice little bike and I don't know why in the world they stopped making it. Otherwise, I would recommend that you go down to the local shops and sit on a few different bikes. I really think you would be happier with something in the 500cc range.

Name of Restaurant La Calle Doce Street Address 415 W. 12th Street City Dallas State or Province TX Website (Optional) http://www.lacalledoce-dallas.com/ Quality of Food Fantastic Quality of Service Good Biker Friendly? (Parking, Trusted Location, Etc.) Yes Kind of Food? (Mexican, Chinese, etc.) Mexican Seafood Alcohol Served? Yes Additional Comments This was our favorite Mexican restaurant when we lived in the Dallas area. The specialty is Mexican Seafood but they have conventional Mexican food also and it is great. Their shrimp cocktail is the best I've ever had and the seafood cocktail is even better. Man I miss this place. Not the best location and not a large place. Can get pretty crowded on Friday and Saturday nights.

Yep...after reading this... I went to fill up my van with gas and it happened to be a Shell station. The girl working inside had on a T-Shirt announcing their new Nitrogen Enhanced gas. Sounds like another gimmick to me. The shirt said "prevents engine sludge".

Thanks to all of you who have been busy submitting your favorite restaurants for the rest of us to enjoy. I've had several emails asking how you post to those forums. I have now added a link to the forum header for you to click on and be taken to the "forms" page. There is also a link under the "Quick Links" menu in the second menu bar at the top of the forum. So, just click on either of those links and then choose the form for the state or province where the restaurant is located.

I like it. Razor makes one very similar. I used to have one that was made by a company that is no longer in business. It used a drop axle and I could keep it hooked to the truck while cranking it down. The axle rotate so that the bed went to the ground but it stayed hitched. Don't even remember now exactly how it worked but sure wish I had kept it.

Carb Jet Kit for Gen 2 RSV
Freebird replied to wm.butler's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
I agree....I see no reason at all to re-jet. The people that I've talked to that have tried it have ended up going back to stock jets. That being said, here are a couple of links in the tech library that might help. removed cassette, added gauges......done
Freebird replied to jlh3rd's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
These look good. They are 2" gauges though, probably too big. http://www.tradervar.com/Mechanical-Triple-Gauge-Kit-CP8208-Sunpro-P35464.htm These are 1 1/2" but I sure like the chrome plate on the other ones better. http://www.tradervar.com/1-12-Inch-Triple-Gauge-Kit-White-Equus-8100-P35451.htm -

Bad news Grant...I have worked on that bike. Carb sync, brake lines, etc. I'm sure you will be very happy with it. Show up at my maintenance day on June 6th and we'll twist some more screws.

I've got a set of those in a drawer. I put them on for a while but just didn't feel comfortable with the fact that they have to compress the valve stem to work and I wasn't confident that they would not leak. Didn't see any evidence that they did but just decided I didn't like the idea.

I can do both of those things but it will take a LONG time. As it is now done, there are 64 forms to choose from. To make any change, I have to create custom output for all 64 forms. I can't do one and then cut and paste because the question numbers have to actually be different for each separate form. I am looking for a better way. If I could get it to work with only ONE forum and then it would be directed according to the selection chosen in the drop down box for state/province, then I would only have to customize one form to make changes. I'll continue to work on it and see what I can come up with but at this time, customizing all the forms will just take me a long time. I actually customized each one of them twice since first creating them and before posting it for testing. To make the URLs clickable and move the city to the top will require even more extensive customizing and will take me many more hours. I will do it if I have to but first will try to find an easier way. I do appreciate all the input and promise to try and make it better and easier for all.

Apparently there are no good places to eat in Canada.

You should be able to delete it and start over.

I really hate that you are selling. I looked at your auction. $10,000 opening bid and no reserve. I tell you, if anybody picks it up for anywhere near that price, they are getting a BARGAIN with all the extras you have added and are including. WOW...what a deal.
-
I saw that. Are you OK with the way it works?
-
OK folks...I have this ready for you to try out. I'm not making it very obvious right now until I see how it works out. It may not be exactly what you wanted, I'm not even sure it's exactly what I wanted but it is what I have come up with at this time. The link is a bit hidden right now, I'll make it more obvious if this works out. For now, you can find it under the "Quick Links" button on the menu bar and choose "Forms" at the very bottom. Or you can click here: http://www.venturerider.org/forum/misc.php?do=forms Choose the forum for your location, fill it out, submit. That's all there is to it. The review will be posted to the Restaurant Review forum under the location of the form that you chose. New submitals will go to the top of the forum as all posts do. You can rearrange it at any time though but simply clicking the blue "thread" text at the top of the form when you open it up. That will sort the threads by state and your choice of ascending or descending.

I've drawn the money out of mine but have not used it to pay for anything online. Doesn't seem to be catching on because I don't see it listed as an option anywhere.
