  1. OK, I appreciate everyone's help. I goit it finished this morning and it works! I placed the relay on the bolt under the anti-freeze over-flow box looks like the same place as SilvrT . Here are some pics... PS: And yes it is LOUD!
  2. Thanks Craig, I'll remember that. I'll finish my horn project in the morning. Thanks guys...
  3. But will I need to temporarily disconnect the front horn to determine which wire is the positive and which is ground at the stebel horn?
  4. Thanks Carl. I just learned that there are two horns on the Second Gen. Remember I'm new to being a Second Gen owner so take it easy on me. OK do I just disconnect the front horn? And I got a relay with the horn.
  5. My question is the two wires going to the old horn. Should they both show 12 volts at all times? I checked them with a light and both has 12 volts with the key on. And is this the two wires that goes to number 85 and 86 on the relay? Aslo I'm curious of where everyone placed their relays at....

    What a DAY!

The weather was great today and I took the Second Gen out for a couple hours for a ride. Then I took the First Gen out for a short ride. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! It was like night and day....

  14. :sign yeah that: :rotf:
  15. I own both styles now and both are great bikes. The First Gens are more of a sport bike. Great performance and great handling. Still a very comfortable bike, but not as much room as the Second Gen. The Second Gens has very good performance, just not as much as the First Gens. The Second Gens are a large comfort creature with plenty of room for the rider and passenger.
  16. Recently I been getting these pop-ups to upgrade to IE8, and so far I haven't done so. Is anyone using IE8 and is there any changes I should know about before hand? What does change? I'm using the IE6 now and just hate to change.....

  24. I fixed the rocket panels on Leslie's old 91 Mazda 626 by using a can of exspanding foam insulation. I rolled up and placed some plastic mesh inside the panel, sprayed the foam in. And after it expanded and hardened. I cut, sanded smooth, and sprayed some pain over it. Looked ok, but then this car over 250K miles so it didn't matter so much.....
