    I use it on everything, but you need to wash your bike first, so that you are not rubbing dirt around and scratching the finish. Kreg

    as far as your brakes go, mine made all kind of noises, changed them out to EBC pads and the noise is gone.. Good luck!!

    Where is the gas tank on a first Gen. ??? I am making somthing that will work great for a 2nd Gen, while the tank is off, but not sure if it will be of any help on a first gen... Thanks,

    Got her done..... Brakes made to the house yesterday... about 5 min after I got them Ponch came over... so we took it apart and got busy, not that big of a deal, but it would have taken me longer with out Ponch`s help, thanks alot!! The rear brake pads where allmost gone, but the front where like new, had alot of meat left on them, but they are metalic and made alot of noise, so we changed them out also. thought it was strange that they had that much left as the bike has 14k miles on it. Best thing of the day, was after we got her back together, we took a test ride, not real long but some nice country roads, and what a great day for it. The second best thing was that the brakes work!! Ponch thanks again for the help! and I really enjoyed the company!! K

    Just got notified this AM that my order was in Houston.. this means new brakes today!! pretty good service, now if they only fit!!, I may need to look up the tech notes from ECK or any other that have posted, but it doesn`t look like its that big of deal tochange them out..     Eck, I followed the link you sent, but they do not have an `01 listed and I did a search on the part numbers and had no luck.... maybe I`m just re-tarded, but I am having no luck... Any one have any Ideas?? Thanks,

    ok, need some help here.. I installed my R/K`s last Sat. and took them back off in about 10 min.... hated the way they fit.. sounded good but looked like some rigged %$#@... I have the Kury. clamps and they still did not cover the pipe where the RK`s meet up. Looks like some of the pipe on the mufflers needs to be cut off.. any one have any Ideas, I have seen them on others and they looked good, I thought about useing the cone from the stock, but didn`t want to end up with 2 sets that I can`t use..     Dang.. sorry to hear the Power is not on yet.. we didn`t loose power untill the 23rd, then it would come on at 11:05am and go off at 6:00pm this went on for 2 days...hhhmmm looked like rolling black outs to us, amazing that after a call to the P.U.C. the power has came back on and so far is staying on. I really hope you and all of our neihbers get their power back on soon and start getting their lives back on track..
