Hi Friends, just bought the above, picking it up Friday afternoon. after only get'n about 9,000+ miles on my 404's, decided to try the CT. Would like to hear from others that may have that brand tire. What would y'all suggest as far as how much air to put in? ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````` Another question, How much does that plastic chrome strip on top of the fairing cost? This is for an 07 RSV. Two of the tabs were screwed up by a tech at a previous Yamaha dealership, which is now closed! Is there a "simple repair" by using super glue? Looking forward to hearing from y'all!!! PEACE THRU FIRE SUPERIORITY!!!

The previous Yamaha dealer's wrench screwed up and messed up thr inside center faiting, the dealership is now out of operation. I now am get'n my bike serviced at another yamaha dealership. Told them 2 weeks ago about the problem, they said that they will order a new front fairing, Last week, called me that they have the fairing, but that I would have to pay $180.00 for the labor cost! Was under the impression that I would not have to pay labor cost? The service manager said that he would have to charge me 2 hour labor fee to remove 8 allen bolts/screws??? Please advise!! Thank you,

Brother Tom, Gotta tell ya, reading your story about Casey brought some tears to this ole pharts eyes! We lost our 17 year old Yorky Sarah last month to a Coyote that jumped our 5 foot fence in our back yard and took off with her. When I did not see her by the door, went looking for her, she was not in the back yard. The gate was closed, looked around the various bushes and bamboo trees, not there. That afternoon we received a call from one of our neighbors down the street, they found my Sarah laying in their front yard dead! Picked her up and buried her in our back yard, cried like a baby for four days! Tom, people that do not have pets, don't know how we can get so attached to them and love them like family!! My condolences to you my Friend!!

HD Exhaust for 2007 RSV ?

Friend, I have them on my 07 RSV, they do sound a heck of a lot better then the stock Yamahamer! If you have not gottem yet, be aware that the newer model Hardleys now have the catalytic(sp?) installed mufflers, I'm told that these should not be used! Hope this helps. -
I have them on my 07 RSV with 41,000+miles on the clock, the guards are rock solid!!!

Hey Friends, What is the name of the tire used on the RSV's? Is there a chance that a car tire can be used on the front also? It certainly get's a hell of a lot more mileage then bike tires! Y'all Ride Safe my Friends!!

Hey Brother Patrick, You done good! It will be the best organization you've ever joined. California has been hit really hard with KIA's, consequently I've got over a hundred+ missions under my belt! It does not hurt so bad when it's a Viet Nam Veteran, but when these Heroes are 18, 19 or in that age group and older, then the tears flow. Thank you for your Service to our Great Country! Anyone running Dunlop E3's with smaller front?

Evening Friends, Was wondering what kind of mileage you're get'n on the rear 150/90-15 Elite 3? Last set of Dunlops I put on my 07 RSV they were the 404's, that rear tire looks like I might be able to squeek another grand outta it, seems it should have gotten better then 8,250 miles out of it!? I keep 40 pounds on the rear and 38 on the front. The front tire looks like I just put it on, no wear at all! Your thoughts on the Elite 3 versus Avon Venoms? When I had my 99,01 and 04 Nomads, I got great mileage out of the Avons. Looking forward to your comments! Y'all have a great evening. -

WELCOME ABOARD MY FRIEND!! Yup...met on the road at a traffic light in Santa Paula, CA.motioned to Kevin to pull over, he mentioned to go to a Star Bucks for a cup-o-joe! After checking out our beauties and metioning that I just had my 07 RSV in for a 20,000 mile service, I offered to let him ride my "Baby" and that I would go head and put some mileage on his RSV! He said "what a guy"!! He is also a member of the Patriot Guard Riders! Kevin is an LEO, lives in the great village of Santa Clarita, CA. a couple of miles North of Encino, CA.
