Steve , i have rebuilt all kinds of carbs. 4 brl. generator , marine , but i wish i lived closer to you , better yet you lived closer to me :rotfl:but these carbs scare the you know what out of me , i mite have to break down and buy some from ebay to practices on but rite now i have 8 carbs on 2 1st gens to rebuild , and to pay somebody 200.00 to 300.00 each to rebuild them for me , i could affored to buy a 2nd gen somebody needs to make a video how to rebuild our carbs , i would buy one !! thom

seafoam , it works great down here , i run a full can in a 1/2 tank on gas , it is just as good as ringfree and a lot cheaper , you can get it at any auto parts store . we get a little bit off water in our gas down here and when you let your bike sits to long the water settles to the bottom of you carb bowls , if you can , drain your bowls and than use the seafoam .

you 2nd geners don't even have a trunk lite ? or are you talking the the side bags ? do you have a built in mirror for the Nav. ?

but dray , a camper has a bad R rating , i use a 45,000 camper furnace to heat my house in Arkansas and a 35,000 rv furnace to heat my shop here , if anybody has a old camper , pull out the furnace , take off the front cover , for a exhaust vent , use a 1 1/2 exh. pipe to outside , use a rv L.p. regulator from local hardware store and a 10 amp. battery charger to run it . RV furnaces have a very high % rating , if you can find a old park model RV furnace , they run 120 volt ac , check the spec. plate on the front of the furnace .

Roadkill , what is a nascar fantasy league ??sounds it mite be fun . did you watch the rolex 24 ? i got to brag ! i am working in the owners / drivers rv lot , got to meet a lot of owners and drivers , i'll be living and working there during speedweek [ i hope Tonys RV needs some work ] thom :cool10:

yep , remember when i though i had a head gasket leak in my 1g ? it was not a head gasket , it was the plastic pease with the o rings in the head , any way jricherd told me about that stuff , looked it up at autorx.com tried it works great !! cost a 100 bucks but i don't want to tear down Silver until i get the black is running [ i am not carl i only work on 1 m/c at a time plus no snow :stirthepot::rotfl:] anyway i like it thom

hay , i did the last north atlantic with you , HS-7 , i was a l.s.e. for a helo squadron and been yell at by the air boss many , many times for playing around , brought in a helo on the fantail of the Sinking Sara , air taxied it to the waist cat than launched it , told the air boss the flight deck was dirty and i cleaned it off , he was not happy , many a air boss knew me by my first and last name :rotfl:, that brit. at the last of the video launched the hole flight line and no bent wings , pretty good!!!

it,s freezing down here !! this morning the tv was talking chill factor , washed silver today and cruse control asked if i was goin riding ? no way i need heated vest , gloves , and more leather , can't wait for winter to be over , mid feb. , 3 weeks until spring!!!!:thumbsup:

any RV store can get you one with any size drop , they come in 9 in. and 12 in. you can ck. campingworld.com and order it on line , you need a 1 1/2 in. ball mount . thom
