how about here AHRMA [ american historic racing motorcycle association ] will be at my campground for 10 days , we can have a meet and eat here and Marsha can find some thing to burn on the cooker , only 26 miles from Daytona speedway . i just asked the pres. of AHRMA and he said VR.O come on , if anybody wants to camp here from feb. 29 to march 9 it will be 20 bucks a nite to max of 100 bucks , so anybody that camps 5 nites can stay free until feb 9 there is no cost for anybody that do's not spend the nite or and no gate fee . i'll try to put a mapquist for directions . the addy is U.S.N.F. Smoke has a new sister and it is all Ruff's fault !! he is the one that told me she was for sale , i thought i would use her for a parts bike but when i saw her it was love at 1st site , black 86 with 88000 miles on her , jrichard is down here and is helping get it running , changed the oil and oil filter drained the gas , rite now carbs are soaking in seafoam , hopefully tomorrow we can start it up than i got to put it back together , i have a lot of work to do , some of you old timers mite remember i got it from Ernie from Debary Fl. , he layed it down on i 95 two years ago and now rides a V star by the way , thanks Ruff

you rite on both cases i can't spell with out spell checker , but i was there a little earlier , Nixon days , back in the early 80's a friend sent me a pic of that sign :rotfl::rotfl:i have always loved your country had a chance to move there in 82 but i got worried if i could not make it there , it is too hard to hitch hike home and it is a long walk !!

i lucked out it was not a head gasket , it was leaking at the water jacket , jricherd told me how to fix it , i used some stuff called thermo-seal from rxauto.com and it works i road it about 100 miles today and no water lost and no water in the oil and ran cooler . what was leaking is the plastic peace with the oil rings on it behind the spark plug. i think i found another 1st gen if i can get it i am going to pull Silver down and install vmax heads and cams , i need to make sure silver is the fastest color .

Current thinking on best oil filter

do not use a fram , the paper comes lose , i have a strange oil filter rig on mine so i use a diff. oil filter then you , i have tried a lot of diff. oils from Mobile 1 to hd dino. oil the best i have found is rotella t 15-40 dino. works best for me , a lot of us 1 gens use it and its cheap by the gal. -
Z , he is rite but down here we need to clear coat the alum. or keep a lot of wax on it , i striped all the clear coat off mine and than polished it , did not last a mo. the next time i polish the alum. i am going to clear coat it . you need to carry pledge with you , it helps with the bugs or talk to Beer about a bra , i have one and will be wearing it this summer , if you going across the ally to the other side make sure you have something on , those 7 in. grasshoppers are ruff at 75 or faster , i know :rotfl:

you are so rite !!! that little prick saved my life !!! the test can tell you what kind of foods you can eat and what you cannot eat , by testing i found out some hot dogs have more sugar than others and instint pancake mix is a no no , and allways test before taking your meds . i see you found out about the no sugar candy at walmart :rotfl::rotfl:blood sugar went sky high and you have to stay close to the bathroom :rotfl: for anybody thinking about trying that sugar free choc. candy that is sold at wally world , take my word for it don't all it is sweet EXLAX and fast working too !!

i am the 4gen diabetic , i lost a lot of family to it , i have seen as low as 35 and as high s 375 now i average 85 to 110 , i have done the pills and needles now i don't do anything and no i am not cured , just got smart ! stopped listening to the ADA and started listening to the AMA . please check this out , do not believe me just check it out for you self !! if you look at the ADA diet you see something funny , the diet is not for diabetics it is for heart pa. their diet will raise your sugar and than they make you take insullen or the pill to lower it , the reason the ADA tells the AMA why they do it is because the ADA are worried about our heart , not about diabetics !!! now i am the one to talk , because i have had 3 heart attacks and the docs say i only have a 70% chance of living though a bypass , i ask the doc why should i get a bypass because i am 100% living now !! he is a good friend and agreed and wants me to stick around to work on his motor home :rotfl: i ask him what he would recamend if he never herd of the ADA , he said a high protean low carb diet and no , noda sugar . and what he means about low carbs is next to none !!! meat , no sugar peanut butter , eggs and a little cheese . this works for me , i get DQ once every 2 weeks and a donut 1 a week . i eat dinner between 5 and 6 and try to go to bed by 10 pm , i get hugery if i go to bed later , i get up between 4am and 6am and do not eat anything untill 9 or 10 it works for me . i need to go to the doc , i just wore out my finger typing to much but check out a high protein diet and lose the extra weight , you will be surprised thom

watch out for batterys sold on ebay , a lot of times out of date batterys are dumped on ebay and just think about the warranty , if the battery dies a year from now how do you get a new one ? [ i bought this battery on ebay and it is bad i need a new one ] ya right :rotfl:i sell intrerstate batterys and stand behind any dealers warranty but if somebody comes in with a battery that needs warranty and it was bought from ebay :rotfl::rotfl: i buy and sell on ebay , it a great place to by cheap stuff but would you buy bananas on ebay ? check the born on date on batterys it is branded on the side of the case , the 1st. letter is the mo. and the # is the year for ex. c07 means it was made on march 07 , i well not sell a battery that is more than 6 mo. old , i send them back to the warehouse and they are sold at discount stores . thom

down here i can shoot anybody breaking in my place , i can even shoot somebody breaking into somebody's else place . in fla. we have the right to protect me and my property or other people or their property with deadly force and never spend a nite in jail , just fill out the short form , have the M.E. remove the remains and go back to bed . a friend of mine [ LEO ] told me , just make sure i do it rite even if it take 3 or 4 shots , if the the bad guy lives i can't use the short form
