  6. I am most curious about the axle fitting the rear wheel.I may take off my front tire tomorrow and see if the axle will fit my spare rear wheel.My nephew owns a machine shop so I am trying to mount a car tire on the front if it can be modified.

I hate snow but can hardly wait for it to take out the Venture.Snowed 12 inches one day last winter and I fired up the bike and had a blast going down the hill where I live where the snow hadn't been scraped yet.Went to a parking lot and did donuts for about an hour.What a blast that was running about 20 mph and sliding the rear around and heading the other direction.I put on a show for a bunch of bystanders.Looked like a monster truck freestyling.Only problem I had was getting the bike back up the steep hill where I live.The car tire did great.
  9. I have a sidecar on my bike and I pull a trailer directly behind the bike with no problems.Untill I sold my Bunkhouse camper I pulled it with the bike with no problems.
  10. Welcome to the sidecar world.looks great.With time and practice you will, learn how to let the sidecar assist in steering the bike.Much easier on the arms.

Parsons branch road is a forest service road and it is a one way road.You would not like to see the fine going the wrong way.By the way,my ancestors settled in Cades cove when they mightated from Germany.The CABLE grist mill and the Becky Cable house are some of my distant relatives.I have a copy of the original deed where they owned those properties.

  18. Mine is not loud at all.It does give it a deep tone to it.
  19. 2 hacks for sale local here in NC for $1500 each.One is a URAL and one is a Velorex 562.I rode my bike to Georgia 4 years ago to the Velorex dealer and had a 562 installed by the dealer for 4 grand.I love the sidecar.
  20. Thanks.I cant believe how easy they were to install.I removed the rear bolt fron the bags and installed a longer 5/16" bolt straight into the threaded bracket on the muffler.I bought the HD muffler clamps yesterday and will take off the regular muffler clamp and replace with the HD clamps

  23. After 3 trips to the muffler shop and 4 hours total labor I got the roadkings on my 86.Got the pipe and the bends for free.Nice to have friends.
  24. Friday night our high school won their first game in three yearsLast nights game looked like a repeat of that game.But a win is a win.
