RSTD Windscreen Options?
Solodadof2 replied to Dave77459's topic in Royal Star and Royal Star Tour Deluxe Tech Talk
I have a clearview the largest one they have with Lowers and 5 position vent, I will take $150 plus shipping. -
Sorry For your loss may you be blessed with wonderful memories during this time. RIP our Brother!

The sad thing is if someone want it they are gonna take it now matter what, that is why I have a seperate Insurance writter for my trailers. I have country companies and they do not cover without an added writter( which isnt really all that much for a year).
-
American legend is built here in Illinois just west of Champaign, I stopped by there 2 days ago. They have suspended building all trailers until at least Sturgis unless they receive a large order. seems that the used market is killing them. when you can buy a $4000 trailer for $1500....

There are so many things that each of us could say for me it is something that my wife and I enjoy together. Each time we ride it is like a mini vacation away, a time to just relax away from all that is going on the the riggors of daily life. I compare our motorcycle friends to the friends that I made in the military life long, loyal, dependable and trusting.

Yes just plug it in instead of an ipod!

Would you buy a set of Harley bags? -
I have a chance to pick up a hoppe at a good price, However Hoppe tells me the Roadstar Fairing will not fit on the Tour Deluxe as the radio is set to low. Has anyone modified this fairing to fit a RSTD?

So Sorry to hear this may the good lord bless and sustain all those that know and love both Steve and Becky with wonderful and warm memories during this time.

Great discussion and I have to admit that I have on occassion(I can count them on 2 hands mind you) jumped on the bike and road down the street without a helmet. I do believe in the right to choose as long as that right does not affect me. Unfortunately we all get grouped into one big pile so we are all hell raising drinkers, that harrass communities with our load pipes, trashy women and filthy language. Not wearing a helmet is not a problem until you hit the pavement(so dont hit the pavement), Unfortunately many insurance companies use statistics to justify increasing insurances, for example here in Illinois we had 108 motorcycle fatalities in 09 I believe out of those 80 were not wearing helmets so automatically regardless of the circumstances of the accidents this is justification to increase premiums. In 1986 here in Illinois I had full coverage on a yamaha 650 special of $20 a year. nowhere near that now( yes I understand the cost to repair has gone up). ALL this being said make your own choice but remember that the choice you make doesnt just affect you!!! Ride safe, Ride long, and Ride on everyone!!!!

Ride safe and Enjoy the view.

I have heard about setting up a relay, I am in the process of making a deal on a bushtec trailer in Las Vegas, I am of course in Illinois was wondering if This could actually work to do a trailer relay. or if someone is headed this direction and would bring it with them!!! it does have the bushtec Hiam hitch so that would be a consideration for whomever would consider doing this.
